I over all am not a fan of going to the doctor so take this review how you would like. A couple years ago I finally found a doctor who took the time to care and explain things and he left this clinic and I’m back to that ‘let’s get you out of here as quickly as possible so I can get to the next client’ type of doctor again.
However the Pharmacist is absolutely amazing 100/100. Not only did he want to explain and take time to show concern for my well-being he showed compassion and concern for the small details I had mentioned to him. It was encouraging to take more care of my health after seeing him. I wish he could be my family doctor as he is exactly how the doctor who left was. If he reads this I just want to say thank you for caring. It was small but it made all the difference to me. (I believe his name tag said he was the manager of the pharmacy)
Over all I will again dread going to the doctor and try to avoid going as much as possible as it seems they just want to get me out of the room as soon as possible. It’s not fair to push any extra medical concerns on them I understand these doctors work hard and have a heavy work load for this career, that’s the way it goes. I personally wish doctors could at least pretend to care about your well being even it’s fake.

Dr Rahmani was the best doctor at this clinic. He was caring and made sure his patients were well. Since he left the clinic, I transferred to Dr. Rania Hanna. She is impatient, rushes appointments, does not ask questions and can be dismissive.
I will not recommend them.

Do not go to this clinic… do not recommend
It’s ok to be abusive towards people it ok for a doctor to yell at you in a small room with the door close to the room for the support staff misunderstanding what was said …
That was great for my anxiety and stress … I have not eaten in two day because of anxiety… very poor care and support are rude and they are allowed to be that way …
You can find better medical care …

Dr. Emadi is really a very good Doctor. Takes time to listen to your concern and explains whatever the condition is very nicely. I finally found a really good Doctor in Canada and I am very happy about it. I followed Doctor Emadi from Riverbend medical.

I’ve tried for weeks now to make an appointment with my family docter and no one has gotten back to me. I’ve called atleast 15 times, left several messages and emails and have never gotten through or heard back from anyone! I have a newborn and not being able to contact your family MD after this many attempts is just not acceptable.

Worst doctor experience I've ever had in Canada. I walked in to see a doctor 10 days ago and was scheduled for a follow up appointment today, due to a workplace emergency I was called into work. I then called the clinic to let them know I would need to reschedule my appointment and I was told because I missed my appointment I will have to go to another doctor's office and couldn't come back there. Keep in mind 10 days prior I was prescribed new medication and today was a follow up to see how effective the medication was and sadly I was turned down to reschedule. The receptionist said that it was Dr Mehrad Emadi's policy to turn down clients that missed an appointment. Very unprofessional, very poor service was provided seeing that the doctor prescribed new medication to me n I was turned down and was told to go else where when it was time for a follow up. I'm disgusted with the service they provided and cannot belive i was actually thinking to make them my family doctor.

Dr Fadhil Ali has been the most knowledgeable brilliant physician I have had. I can always count on Dr Ali to have the perfect solution when I seen to have lost all hope I will get healthy again. As I age I hope to rely on Dr Ali for many more years! Thanks!

Dr. Rahmani is my doctor, and he’s the best one they have, there was this other doctor middle eastern I’m not really sure.she was so mean and intimidating, no bedside manner’s whatsoever. When talking to her, she looks annoyed. Well I don’t see her there anymore maybe she was a causal not sure. There’s now this black doctor, and she’s nice and caring too, does a great job, I go back and forth between her and Dr. Rahmani when the other is not there.

Dr Rahmani is by far the best family Dr Ive ever had. Very caring, always listens. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the one time that Dr Rahmani was absent, I saw the other older middle eastern man that works there. I came in so upset with a lot of pain, days after giving birth. He did absolutely nothing except tell me the female reproductive system is "like a dirty pipe, you just have to keep drinking water and running water through it". I walked out so humiliated and upset, still in excruciating pain. I wouldn't let either my mother or baby's father go back in because they were so angry with him and his insensitive and (quite frankly disgusting) comment.

Horrible experience, The doctor didnt listen to me at all, didnt give me a diagnosis (yet wrote it down on the wcb form for something that may not even be work related,), didnt care when I told him I couldn't afford the certain medication (had it before, insurance has a copay, didnt even acknowledge that I can't just kinda grunted and prescribed it anyways). This was the worst experience I've had at a clinic in a very long time. Never going back there and will never reccomend this clinic.

I have been to Dr. Attalla for a year now on at least 4 occasions. He is a compassionate doctor with a reassuring smile. I have not had any issues with his care. Courteous staff. In terms of his background, he has trained as a psychiatrist back home. Here, he is a family doctor with extra training in addictions. A pleasure to have him as my family doctor.

I moved to Calgary 5 years ago and since then I have seen Dr. Bohorquez. He is always kind and a good listener. At one point he referred me to an specialist because an old ankle surgery screws were bothering me and I was complaining about this pain for three years to my former family doctor.
Today, I called and noticed a new front staff which needs to be more kind on the phone so I supposed she needs customer service training which I believe will come soon.

I have been seeing Dr. Ali for several years and I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and I really appreciate his direct responses to my questions and concerns.
