I truly appreciate the friendly chat Greta and Ellen would always initiate with. The staff are just great. My physiotherapist - Faizel, is very knowledgeable, his technics have been very effective to my freshly injured level two whiplash. It’s been a little over a month, and I feel much better. On top of that, Faizel is a very funny dude and he keeps his clients entertained, while being able to relax at the same time.

The place is extremely clean. You will not worry about the fear of COVID, because they always fully change everything after session.

The physiotherapist wear a special kind of mask to prevent themselves from fully inhaling and exhaling the unwanted infection.

I must say I am beyond satisfied.

I came in the Chinook rehab centre scared and confused. Because I didn’t know if I was going to be wasting my time and money feeling the same, in pain and suffering. But they welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like family. Rehabilitated physically and emotionally.

I had come here for my shoulder and when the MDs have given up on me saying that I'm just getting old.well chinook rehab took care of me. After a few treatments I was in a complete recovery. I had almost given up on myself but this man is a miracle healer.

I have been going to this location for a while and it’s been excellent! Faizal has great communication and listening. He listens to me, when I tell him what my back need more focus on. I feel better every time I leave my appointment!

I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. Thanks to his treatment, I was able to recover quickly and get back to the gym. I went in there with a doctor referral and a really bad back. A hour and a half later, I came out, and man what a difference. I am going to continue to see this guy if I have any more issues with my back, he was amazing.

Fiazal is the best physiotherapist I’ve ever been to. I have ankylosing spondylitis and degenerative disk disease and I’ve never been more informed and cared for by any other facility or doctor. Other physios just set you up on a dr Shultz electric machine and walk away for the rest of the treatment. This treatment is personal and you walk away feeling better about your situation.
I will never go anywhere else again.

Hello! I would like to share my experience and feedback about Chinook Rehab Center and a highly qualified physiotherapist named Faizal. My rating is 10 stars. I was injured at work and the attending physician referred me to physiotherapy. When I went to another physiotherapy clinic and asked how I could start treatment, they didn't fully explain anything to me and told me to come either with a wcb or a health benefit card. I am temporarily in Canada and do not know the procedure for treatment in this country. When I wrote to all the physiotherapy clinics, only Faizal from the Chinook Rehab Center responded. He helped me and signed me up for treatment at this clinic. It was a big help for me and I am grateful for Faizal's responsiveness. I have been treated for 2 weeks now and I want to emphasize the professional qualities of this physiotherapist. I began to feel better, the pain in the joints disappeared. I began to recover. This means that Faizal has chosen the right treatment for me and I am very grateful to him. From my personal life experience, I can recommend this clinic and a physiotherapist named Faizal.

I totally trust and rely on Faizal for my Motor Vehicle Accident treatments. He uses his hands on skills for my stiff spine and bones to mobilize it, with really wonderful active release of my tight muscles which feels greater than anything else after the treatments. I believe he is blessed with healing hands from kindness towards his clients.

I went here for my first physio appointment ever and had an excellent experience. Faizal is so kind and knowledgeable, he immediately put me at ease, listened and asked questions to help figure out what I was dealing with. He explains things so well and has really helped ease my anxiety, giving me a plan with exercises and follow-up appointments to work on the issues that have been bothering me. 100% recommend, so grateful for Faizal and Chinook Rehab Center.

Faizal is one of the best physiotherapists in Calgary. My personal experience last time, I went to Faizal in 2020 because of my terrible back pain. I went to the doctors first the doctor's medicines didn't help me at all, I had sleepless nights because of the back pain. Luckily I went to Faizal. Just in one visit my back pain disappeared and I was thoroughly well and this time I went to him again today with some other issue and he devoted time just like last time and he did all the procedures and I really feel good and better now. Unlike other clinics Faizal will only attend you and not multiple patients at one time, he listens, asks questions Faizal devoted his time and attention for assessment and only then gives the accurate treatment. Also the lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

Very happy with the service I’ve been receiving for almost a year so far. Feel great improvement in my health. Very friendly and professional. When most places are using machines, Faizal is using hands mostly which is proven to do a better job for a recovery. Definitely recommend

I have been going to Faizal for just over a year now and he has helped me tremendously with my chronic pain. I feel so grateful that I have him as a physiotherapist. He has done various treatments on me, educated me and provided a wide range of exercises for me to follow up on. He always spends more time with me than any other physiotherapist I have been to. Faizal is an absolutely amazing physiotherapist. He definitely did help me get my knee and ankle back to normal after being diagnosed improperly but another physiotherapist at a different locations. He also showed me different taping techniques to reduce the chances of my injuries to return. I will definitely be sending people his way and also return if needs be. Staff is so nice, accomodating and helpful. I have been to other clinics but found this physiotherapy near to me. The physiotherapist at Chinook Rehab Centre, Calgary physiotherapy clinic is the most effficient in assessing and treating my dizziness. My vertigo is fixed in just one treatment compared to others who made it worse everytime. Now I am not feeling the vertigo issues for the last 3 months. I highly recommend this physiotherapy clinic and continue to serve us after this pandemic is over

I had an accident. Chinook Rehab Center, Physiotherapy Calgary has the best physiotherapy for neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, lower back pain, sciatic nerve pain. I am lucky that this physiotherapy clinic is near to me. Massage is also great.

This is an excellent clinic, and I would definitely recommend it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Faizal is an excellent physiotherapist. There was a very thorough questionnaire, and faizal explains and cues things in a concise and easy to understand manner.

After straining my neck at work i couldent move it at all without lots of pain.
After these 3 visits I am almost back to normal again and i really appreciate the exercise shets that you sent me home with, with them i will be back to 100% in no time and will also help me from over doing it again

Chinook Rehab Centre is an awesome place to go. All of the staff are extremely professional and Shane is the best massage therapist out there. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Faizal (physio) is great. Not only did he help with me ease my back and shoulder pain but also talked with our insurance company when they were not responding to us. Both he and Elena are very friendly, professional and they provide high quality services.
