Dr. N is a fantastic person. She cares deeply for your comfort and health with her practice. Always asking if you are ok with her techniques. The office is light, warming and the living plants add to the atmosphere.
She has the ability to help with an amazing amount of things. I highly recommend her if you are suffering from headaches/migraines, eye and body pain.

I had given up hope of finding anyone in Canadian Healthcare, in regards to my wife with chronic migraines and pain, before we found Dr. Alma Nenshi. She has done more for my wife and given her more consecutive days of lesser pain, in just 5 sessions, than any other doctor has in 20 years. Not only has she actually helped my wife so far with the pain, she’s given her hope that maybe she doesn’t have to live a fully restricted life, with her day to day being a roll of the dice in regards to her daily migraine severity every morning when she wakes.
Every other doctor we’ve seen, couldn’t even remember her name without a chart, you’re just a “patient” and statistic to the ones my wife has seen in the past. It was always the same: you walk in, you wait up to an hour, then the doctor speaks to her and subsequently shrugs it off, doubts/questions the severity of the pain and prescribes a drug or two that don’t work. Then when we go back after the drugs don’t work, they pass you onto the next doctor who does the same.
Dr. Nenshi cares. She’s taken her time. Gotten to know my wife. Is engaged and fully interested and genuinely cares about who the patient is, you’re not just a statistic or number on a chart with her. Her methods get to the root of the problems, with an extremely thorough questionnaire and interview dating back to childhood basically to figure out the potential causes for the problem. From there she has tailored a completely custom care and treatment routine/plan, specifically for my wife. After the initial assessments, she notifies you in a lengthy conversation and synopsis as to whether or not she believes that she can actually be of assistance to you, instead of just taking money like most doctors would do regardless of the foreseen hypothetical outcome. If you’re not a good fit or she believes she cant be of proper assistance, she lets you know. She’s done things that no one else has and noticed issues that no other healthcare worker has in her 21 years of suffering with chronic pain/migraines/headaches.

When we first walked into her office, after finding her online, the first thing we noticed was the (approximately 20) degrees, diplomas, certificates, awards and placards. This made us hopeful and rightfully so so far. There’s already improvements far beyond any drug/medication that we’ve ever seen. The aforementioned wall adornments are well earned and are indicative of a doctor who’s in this for more than just the money and truly wants to help people.
For the first time since I’ve met my wife, she’s excited for appointments and what comes next and genuinely has hope, which is absolutely amazing to see and witness.
I’m writing this review at the beginning of treatments with my observations so far, as my wife and I are hopeful for the future for the first time in YEARS.
If you or someone you know suffer from bad headaches/chronic migraines. I personally, as a first hand witness, strongly recommend Dr. Nenshi. I’ll be writing another review at the end of the 6 week treatment program. However and regardless, my wife has already experienced the most consecutive migraine free days in just a few treatment sessions, than she has in a LONG time.

After only a few treatments I feel great. Periodic treatments to keep me in line. Thank you and I would highly recommend Dr. Nenshi

I have met Dr. Alma Nenshi in Jan 2023. My initial appointment was very thorough. We discussed everything about my health issues. I have been coming to her clinic every 3 weeks and she was able to help me a lot about my shoulder and neck chronic pain.
I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is such a great doctor who would go out of her way to help you be on your best health possible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nenshi for over 20 years. I am now in my early 80s and I swear, without her, I would not be in as good shape nor have the mobility that I have today. Dr. Nenshi is amazing. She is truly dedicated to her patients and very knowledgeable and is way more than just a chiropractor. I highly recommend her for all your chiropractic concerns and needs.

6 months ago I went to see Dr. Nenshi re: back, hip and sciatic pain. The pain had been almost debilatating, and sadly it was affecting my daily life.
3 months later I was pain free. I’m still pain free. Not sure how or why, but I’m back smiling most of the day now.

My back has been hurting for a long time and after experiences chiro for 2 weeks my pain has disappeared and my back has been a lot better. Half my pain was caused by me having scoliosis and being an eyelash technician. And Dr. Nenshi helped me get better and lessen my pain.

I just started seeing Dr Nenshi this week and so far I am very happy with the results. I really appreciate her attention to detail and how much she cares about making me feel better. This is the seventh chiropractor that I have gone to and so far the best of the bunch.

I recently injured my neck to the point where the pain had me screaming out loud. With mobility so limited I was unable to drive, Alma took the pain away, reduced my inflammation and brought me back to full mobility in just 4 treatments. She combined chiropractic adjustments with FSM (Frequency Specific Microcurrent).

I am so grateful for her care. Highly recommend.

When I first arrived at the clinic, Dr Nenshi greeted me warmly and assured me that they would take care of me. That first visit, she stayed an hour late just to do a full assessment and an adjustment. I was dealing with a rib injury and lower back tension, both of which were impeding my sleep. That night after my first adjustment I fell asleep for the first time in months without needing to spend 10 minutes stretching stubborn muscles and tossing and turning to get comfortable. What a relief! I have already recommended Dr Nenshi to my wife and I'm confident she'll be able to help her too!

I am extremely pleased with the service and results that I have received from Chiropractice Wellness Clinic. The best part is, it is more than just a chiro office, Dr. Nenshi listens to my concerns and takes everything I say seriously, it`s clear she wants to help. She tests my strength at the beginning of my appt, adjusts and works on my areas of concern and tests my strength once again - I see instant results. I haven`t seen this done before anywhere else.
