I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Don - he is so patient, answers a million questions with each and every visit, is personable and kind, and is all around an incredible chiropractic doctor. I find him so incredibly knowledgeable that I ask him and talk to him about all things related to the body and how it can feel and be better. He is also the best adjuster we've ever had - he keeps us moving and healthy. Big thanks to the front office staff as well - so patient with booking and always willing to try to get me in when I need it most. Thank you Dr. Don and team!

I was shaking with fear when making my first chiro appointment at Chiropractical. Past personal trauma, bad experiences, and generalized anxiety to being touched on my back had kept me from dealing with my pain for years. I decided to finally do something about it, and booked with Dr. Jenny, one of the few female Chiropractors I could find.

Let me tell you, it felt so good to feel confident enough to go back a week later. Then the next week. And now, I've been seeing her for 6 months. My back is feeling so much better without that sharp pain I used to feel, but more importantly, I feel comfortable being there. Treating my back pain without worry or fear. Dr. Jenny is such a calm, positive, knowledgeable, comforting, and genuinly kind human being. I honestly don't think I could have worked through that fear without her.

OMG! I am so grateful I reached out this clinic and attended to Dr. Jenny Bradshaw! Dr. Jenny researched an incredibly long history on my condition, presented her findings and treatment plan the very next day! Her quick response to my main complaint and her findings were actually jaw dropping for me! It all makes total sense and I am so very much looking forward to attending to her further! So impressed that I'm a wee bit lost for words! Highly recommend Dr. Jenny!

Chiropractical is An Amazing clinic all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Don Findlay is such a wonderful doctor who truly cares about his patients and takes the time to learn of all their issues and explains the chiropractic world so well! Dr Watt Has been instrumental in compassionately, energetically & realistically, seeing me & my body through one of the hardest periods of my life which manifested in physical issues. His sensitivity to energy & how and where it presents physically, is phenomenal & rare. And THEN he goes ahead and works with it and moves it away: simply amazing!

Not just a great portmanteau - Chiropractical really does care about you. I originally came to Chiropractical because of a broken rib. They got me in so quickly and not only treated my rib but were immediately interested in my long-term health. Dr. Don is efficient yet attentive, making my visits quick but I never feel like I'm being shuffled out the door. He makes time to answer all my questions (sometimes twice) and has been sensitive to my budget and time constraints.

Dr. Don Findlay is a fantastic person bursting with compelling personality. Best of all he has been an awesome chiropractor for myself recently! I (Corrine) walked in his clinic with a neglected spine over the last couple years and he fixed me up within a couple adjustments. His clinic is in a great location and his staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Watt's 42 years of practice are invaluable! Not only is his bedside manner pleasant but his practice is gentle and effective! His thorough assessment leads to him finding all the areas needing help. After my 30 year old daughter was adjusted she couldn't help but to move her back all around in her new found mobility.it kind of looked like she had a mini dance party right there, smiles and all! The ladies at the front desk are as equally personable and friendly. The whole experience was fantastic, we will be booking again!

Five star review! I just recently started going to this Chiropractor office for some pain I was experiencing. When I attended my first appointment, the ladies at the desk were very nice and made me feel welcome. Then I met my chiropractor Dr. Dan Findlay, he is a great Chiropractor! He found all of the spots I was experiencing pain in and has been determined to fix those areas! Over the past few weeks of going to this chiropractor, my pain has definitely decreased. I would highly recommend this Chiropractor to anyone who is looking for one!

Dr. Don Findlay has been the best decision I've made to rid myself of my lower back pain since I first injured my back in early 2016. Since that time I've had a pain, that I tried to fix by modifying my workout regimen at the gym, yoga, upgrading my bed, which have all helped greatly, but could not fully restore my back. Dr. Don is amazing. I went in on a recommendation after many years of pain that other Doctors could not figure out. When I first went I was at one of the peaks of my pain. Dr. Don explained what he was doing, how things were going to work, and what I could expect. He put this nervous nancy at ease from the first minute. I came here with a neck issue from a fall in childhood, and Dr Dan has effectively resolved and managed any pain I felt from it in such a caring and efficient manner. I’ve been a client for 12 years and would recommend them to anyone for the quality of care and friendly personalized service. My kids have also had very effective treatments here.

No need to search for another Chiropractor. Dr. Don and his team at Chiropractical is The Answer. After visiting 3 different chiropractors in town, I came across Dr. Findlay, and ever since then I've seen a great improvement in my overall health. My main concern besides chronic pain in my whole back and specially neck is that I was diagnosed with GAD (General Anxiety Disorder) almost 11 months ago, and it got so bad up to the point of panic attacks. Before seeing Dr. Findlay I was put already under medication ny my family doctor, and I was doing ok. I was having a semi-normal life but still not able to drive on my own, get back to work, or do most of my daily activities without having a family member with me all the time.

I started my treatment at Chiropractical about 2 months ago, and I cannot believe how much I have improved. I am working again, driving close distances, and 80% of my day I don't even have ongoing thought of being anxious. To be honest, I was losing hope that chiropractic or acupuncture will make a difference to my GAD, but thanks to the integrated holistic approach that Dr. Don uses, I feel there is hope again.

I have come to see Dr. Dan for over 12 years now. He has helped me a lot over the years for my neck and back issues. He is always very thorough and give clear explanations about my issues. I have brought my teenage daughters to him as well, and he is also great with kids. The office is super clean and the staff is nice and helpful. I highly recommend Chiropractical:)

Had a bad experience here. Went in for very minor back discomfort and left with so much more pain and problems. Initially they were contacting me to follow up, until I explained that my back felt worse. After that I never heard from them for any follow ups. Funny how that happens.

Chiropractical is a great chiropractic clinic. The receptionists are very friendly and easy to work with. Switching appointment is a breeze. Being a new mom, there were many times where I was running late or needed to change my appointment. It was nice to be able to do this without judgements or complications.

I had SI joint problem and my chiro experience before Dr. Jenny didn’t solve my problem. I first met her at rhubarb festival and asked her many questions regarding my SI joint issue. I could feel that when she was answering my questions she was sincerely trying to help and that she was very knowledgeable about what she does. On top of that I could tell she is a person with superb patience. So I decided to book an appointment with her and eventually switched my chiropractor to her.

It has been over a year and my experience proved that all of my feelings about her was right. Dr. Jenny is one of those people who choose a profession because of a deep passion, which makes her extremely good at what she does. She did a very holistic examination on my body first then went from there to give me a treatment plan accordingly. My pain would always go away immediately after my appointment with her. She also shares helpful tips and exercises that help with my problem. I learned from her to listen to my own body and exercise regularly.

I also really enjoy the relaxed, cheerful and delightful atmosphere she and her coworkers create in the environment.

For people who had no chiro experience and feel a little worried about it, I especially recommend Dr. Jenny since she is very thoughtful and gentle and will make you feel very comfortable.
