This morning, I phoned to inquire about flight prices on various dates, only to encounter rudeness from the staff who refused to disclose the prices. While speaking with Deepak, he insisted I choose a single travel date rather than allowing me to compare prices for multiple dates. Frustrated by his lack of courtesy, I had no choice but to end the call. It's imperative for agencies to communicate respectfully with their clients.

Sahil Sharma has been taking care of all my flight needs, he goes the extra mile to provide good services, I was in Nigeria one time and I called him to book tickets for my family, he was able to find cheap flights on Lufthansa for me in January which is busy. I had bad experience with them. When I bought tickets they told 2nd luggage 100$ Canadian. But airline charges me 400$ for 2nd luggage. I try to call them there response is contact directly airline this is not our responsibility

Update from Dec 2022 review. Final email received today, that my family and I will not be reimbursed for last minute, 1 night, hotel stay. As the delay was weather related and out of the hands if Westjet. My family and I purchased travel insurance from the travel agency directly. The airline, the agency and the insurance company have all washed their hands of this. Collected the insurance premium and did not provide adequate coverage.

August 2022 reserved a Westjet Vacation with this agency/agent Vikas. 3 adults (2 beds), ocean view, Royal Lahaina Resorts and Bungalows. Name on reservation didn't match with Westjet. Issues checking in and almost not allowed on the plane. Wheelchair assistance not provided (as requested for my 2 senior parents). Upon arrival in Maui, airport transfer failed to pick us up (we called 48hrs in advance to reconfirm our pick up date and time) so we had to pay for a taxi. At check in at the hotel we were told our reservation was for Ocean View/1 king bed. The hotel was happy to down grade us to accommodate 2 beds (no refund to us of course) or we keep the assigned room add a horrible roll away bed. We opted for the roll away as they would not refund the cost to downgrade. Emailed the travel agent the following day with no response. In fact, we're still waiting on a response. Terrible service from this travel agency. Will never use them again. Will never recommend anyone to
ever use this agency either.

These guys are scammers. They'll rip you off and leave your work mid-way and you will keep waiting on them. Please take your business somewhere else. I regret putting faith on choice Travel & Tours.
