When a staff member tells you what aisle something is on it is actually there. Very caring and polite.

The price is good but the problem in the store is the have mostly (we don't have it) that kind of products the have a lot

A great locally owned and run large grocery store with competitive prices and good service.

I like that this store is close to home and it's affordable but I find my produce goes bad really fast when purchased from here.

Conveniently located if coming into town on the south side. I agree with our reviews about the layout. I also find this location doesn’t carry a lot of the same products as others.maybe the size? Produce isn’t kept stocked maybe a staffing issue. Friendly staff from what I’ve experienced though!

The cashier a young guy made me take a picture with my phone of a bar code so he wouldn't have to lift a case of water but expected me to lift it. So lazy and then through the receipt at me. Shame on you!

One of the better stores, big, lots of stalk, staff could be friendlier. Good close location from St Albert.

Every time I pay with my PC card, I don't get my points. I have to log into my pc account and ask for my points to be added. Pretty good scam going. Imagine all the people not noticing they are not receiving their points.

Probably one of the worst grocery stores to navigate I've ever been in. I've been to several other No Frills, Superstore, etc. I even work at an Independent!
The entrance seems like you're going in the exit. But there is only one door. When you walk in you're behind the ends of the tills. The entire layout seems very disorganized compared to other stores.
Many things were difficult to find. Staff were more concerned that you were going to use the baskets that were for sale than being helpful (and chatting with friends also). Signage seems minimal, especially where to get carts and where the actual door is. It even seems somewhat poorly lit in some areas.
The only up side is that it was nicely cool inside on a 32° day. But will look for other places to shop next time.
