I like this store but they quickly run out of stock for advertised items, so come the day the sale starts.

Good prices. Store is sometimes dirty, and not sure why but every single staff member seems to be in a perpetually bad mood at this location. If you aren't happy being a cashier, maybe go find another job? And the manager should hire some more pleasant people instead of grumps.

Staff not very helpful, watch out for 30to 50 percent off, they charge you full price. It happened to me numerous times. Then they'll ask you if you want the till receipt or not. They must get bonuses for that.
When something is marked down that much it's only good for 1 or 2 days or its going to get bad.
Maybe some cashiers needs retraining.
The hassle is you have to go to same cashier to fix it and wait in line.

Iv been shopping here since 2017 to feed my family as I live near the area and also great price for food thank you no frills

Store offers they won't be beat all a lie 2x now I tried to get them to price match first was shoppers ok I accept that this time giant tiger like come on who will you price match with that's false advertising

This No Frills was my go to grocery store. I will not step foot in it now. I brought 3 empty bottles of water to exchange for full ones. I don’t know why but one out of the three bottles did not have a sticker on it. They would not accept that 3 rd bottle even though all bottles were the same and I’m a regular customer there. Fine! Rules are rules but they kept accusing me of getting the bottle from somewhere else. I did not appreciate being accused. I only shop there.they see me once a week and now they are accusing me of trying to cheat them of a 10 dollar empty bottle. Now I have a bottle worth a quarter.

This grocery is the cheapest you can shop for your grocery list and everything you need is there Goodluck

My only issue is with the name, because, in my humble opinion, this place has plenty of frills.

Very expensive place it use to be a good place to shop for food now I bought 4 items stake was 29 Dollars sandwich meat Pepsi Beef Burgers the total at the cashier counter was 69,80 cents

I like this store it's clean an tidy great staff it's close to me prices are as good as can be I hope it's an all Canada store I won't shop at American us store at all they just take or dollars an go people can't see this?

Nice clean store, friendly helpful staff and they always have what you need and even what you didn't know that you needed. When there are sales they always have the products as some other stores don't, not mentioning any names Mr. W that think you're all that and a bag of potatoe chips ha! I love shopping here as items are very easy to find as well as I've never seen neater shelves in my life. You don't have to wade through empty cases or empty spaces it seems like they're always fully stocked. So come here for an extremely positive and pleasant shopping experience it'll make your day

Alot of empty freezer space where flyer items should be.employees blocking isles stocking shelves looking inconvenienced when politely asked to move so patrons could pass

This place is my jam! Its inexpensive, friendly staff and I'm always in and out of there quicker than their expensive competitors.

Great service from all three Representatives I interacted with, Especially from Your Pharmacist, Miss Horia Jalily, I normally deal with the No-Frills on 118 Avenue & 34 Street because I live downtown, and it had just been more convenient as a location, however, as of this evening, I will certainly be going out of my way to come to your store, and your Pharmacy!

Usually very busy but price is very low. Quality of produce are good and fresh. Easy parking but only limited entrance from the big 97 street. Gas bar also available at front, near the bus station.

The cashier I dealt with was extremely rude! Tossed my canned goods on my bread crushing it very disappointing

I have been a very local customer of this location since it opened. It is my favorite store to shop, easy access, good prices, and friendly staff.
Sunday January 17 at about 5: 30 pm, I stopped by to pick up few items. I can not wear a mask, as I can, t breathe through it and I am extremely claustrophobic. There was no security at the door, so I walked in, did more than 3/4 of my shopping, then an ignorant young man approaches me in a very inappropriate manner and tone of voice: you need to wear a mask, I replied, I can not wear a mask, then out of no where he said then you need to leave the store. I said, if you really wanted to implement the law then you should have had someone at the door, not after I am done most of my shopping, he kept following me and my daughter around (she had a mask on) saying you have to leave. I did not even answer at this point. But in front of so many people in line he kept repeating the same sentence.
Then he said I called all cashiers not to serve you when you reach the till. The girl at the till was very friendly.
After we paid for our groceries, he said: if I ever see you in this store, I will call the cops, and we do not need your business.
I am very disappointed at this behavior, and as a customer, I would expect management to get rid of such an arrogant employee that has no idea on how to treat people.
I hope this matter gets resolved soon, as I definitely would escalate the issue to lot higher level. No one has the right to disrespect anyone specially not a customer that showed nothing but respect during the whole episode.

Great prices.thought products would be in boxes that I'd have to search through.thought they did this to keep prices down.

Parking lot could use some work filling pit holes and quite a few empty shelves, especially on sale items but overall they have the best prices. I am editing this post to the following: most horrible customer service today. Guy stocking chips wouldn’t even stop to answer a question, instead he he actually told me to go find someone else.will be going to another location moving forward!

Every time, I go to this No Frills, it is a guessing game. Many times now, I have gone to get a sale item only for them to not have it in stock. So frustrating to leave empty handed so many times. On the plus side, they carry Sunbake pita bread. Bonus! Oh, except for those few months, they carries pita from some other bakery.

Always everything you need to get that grocery list, or that next meal. Local employees provide a friendly professional quality to the store. It's my neighbourhood hood store; make it yours.

Grocery store in Nameo Centre. Always clean and for the most part well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. Also a 1/2 block south of Eaux Clare Transit Centre. Very convenient for people that don’t drive.

Masters of the bait and switch, this store frequently advertises one item then puts a similar item that’s more expensive out front where one expects the advertised items to be. Also, they frequently do not stock door crashed sale items. This type of business operation makes my blood boil and today they will do it to me for the final time.

The store is clean, the prices are reasonable, and I would say that the majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. Leaving out one star for a couple of rude and impatient staff.

There are products that are cheaper but there is also products there that are way overpriced. But the overall experience was good.

The only thing I didn't like was the people at the corn bin. They were taking the stalks off the corn and after they touched the corn they threw the open corn back into the bin. This is very unsanitary.

Melanie, Just wanted to let you know she is one of your BEST crew. She smile and get you engaged, I have noticed her continuously before doing this review. She address customer with respect and always try to help and NEVER get angry no matter the situation. Pls tell her know, we are in a world where people give negative feedback

The store is clean cheaper than other stores good deal every week the parking lot need a little fixed.

The staff is rude and alot of expired products on the shelfs. Lots of empty shelfs and the produce was bad it was mushy and molding. They are bad with price matching. I just won't be returning to this location if I could give a 0 star I would.

Consistently out of stock on even the most basic items, like dish soap. It's probably best to go first thing in the morning if you want to get what you came for.

No frills is an apt name for the place. Staff are ok. Somewhat knowledgeable when you're able to track one down. Shopping carts are rarely put away in their parking lot. Massive potholes as well. Decent lighting and cleanliness.

You can get more of your grocery shopping done here, but be cognizant of the expired items and slower lines at the cash register.

Worst staff ever. I asked a lady who was putting meat away who I would ask to see if they had a product in the back. She asked what I was looking for. I told her and she just said no we dont have it. She didnt move to look where the product I was looking for was on the shelf. The cashier must hate her job because she was very rude. HATE THIS STORE

Good selection of the basics needed day to day as well as it does not seem as tightly packed as other locations.

No frills is horrible their deals are that much if a difference if any at all and I shopped throughout the whole store went to pay for all of my stuff and they dont except Visa. What store doesn't accept Visa it's not worth it I'll just continue at superstore they are equipped to meet all the needs if a customer

Superstore has cheaper prices than this store.

And the yellow branding is so excessive It is outdated and just pure ugly. Needs renovation beyond belief but they are probably waiting on Trudeau to hand them more millions to Loblaws before that happens.

Since no frills changed the owner to Chris, I can tell he is not doing better than previous owner. I went there yesterday afternoon, the produce dept looks bad a lof of empty no one fill the products out. Cuttimg too much hours is not good customers will not coming back to shop again. Also i saw few frontend is nothing to do why the management should send them to help the departments to fill up tge empty spot.

Busy store even at 8 am. Poor limits on specials. Because of so many people in store appears dirty.floors.etc. Shelves and bins crowded as they seem to pile to get more in. Narrow aisle to squeeze more rows. Not enjoyable to shop at. Parking is always full. Some staff friendly others are not.

This place is busy it's good for bulk items Dried and canned goods the vegetables leave something to be desired a lot of the tomatoes or strawberries from this place they turn pretty quickly once you get them homeif you're looking for fresh meat produce things that spoil go to one of the big brand names
