Another customer's dog was chewing on the products I wanted. The dog caused hundreds of dollars of damage by chewing and no one stopped them. I didn't know dogs were allowed and won't be back, because who wants chewed up damaged art supplies?...

Organized and clean. Staff available to assist. We'll stocked for the most part.

I like to go get crafts for my interests but have found since the COVID-19 that things they keep in stock have now changed. If you like picture frames or floral items then this is the place.

What happened to customer service? ! Three employees standing around by the checkout - not one offered to work a till. So, we go to self checkout - the 40% off a regular priced item does not come up. We asked the three employees how to obtain it and...

They obviously have pretty much everything to do with crafts but also have a great selection of picture and poster frames.

The treatment is very good and there are those who care about the customers

This is such a nice Michael's omg. So new and clean inside! The framing staff member is a particular standout - she's so nice and helpful and *patient* omg is she patient.

Not many staff in various parts of the store to offer assistance, but they were quite friendly.

Had good experiences here before however I paid premium price for birch firewood (they were out of pine), I ended up with a lot of gravel & bark & shavings as opposed to lumps of wood. It filled my green bin completely! A little disappointing...

Wide selection of craft and hobby items. Picked up a couple 4' trees for a great price. Always enjoy going here.

I never noticed the layout change but some of their accessories had changed they do not sell the baby bernat blanket wool anymore that was a bummer. They have another wool now and it is cheaper and really nice as well its called sweet snuggles

Take your time, and enjoy every possible gift or souvenir they have! My wife and I got personalised ornaments, socks, and other trinkets for families and friends. There's so much to see, and I enjoyed the little Christmas villages the most!
