I had a good consultation with Dr. Viviane Chang. I found out she speaks English and Portuguese (Brazil). The clinic was quiet, punctual on my appointment hour, and with clean areas. Front desk staff were friendly.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with Dr. Lee and the whole team here, I have NEVER had such a comfortable pap - everyone was super friendly and kind and had zero wait time, I cannot recommend enough

I absolutely loved my experience here! Dr.kovid Lee always made me feel welcomed and answered every question. I felt safe here and well taken care of here highly recommend to any woman who goes here ️

Dr. Leung is wonderful! She has a way of really listening and making you feel heard. As a patient I have felt very cared for and am so I glad I found Dr Leung when I did.

Dr. Mattattal is the most amazing dr.and woman I have ever met. If you are suffering from any kind of female problem especially hormones you absolutely need to get a referral to see her. She is the BEST! It may take 6 mos to get an appointment and you may have to wait in the waiting room for a while.but she is worth it.
Do not waste your time talking to your GP who knows nothing about hormones!

Over the past 2 years Dr Mattall was not seeing anyone in person and would just refill perscriptions. Now that COVID has calmed down I called to get an apt and they told me I would need a new referral from my GP because I hadn’t see her in 2 years! I called during covid to get an apt and she wasn’t seeing anyone. So how was I suppose to see her when she wasn’t seeing anyone, basically penalizing her patients because of covid. It takes 6 bloody months after a referral to get an appointment! TERRIBLE level of care, I’m sooo disappointed, using Covid to weed out her patient load. Definitely not the Dr. I though she was. The office is very poorly managed

I beg of you, stay clear away from Dr. Fiona Mattatall. The most unprofessional OBGYN you will even encounter. I cannot speak for the others, but stay clear away from her. Do yourself (and your child) a favor and find yourself another.

I originally had a midwife but due to being admitted to the hospital for other reason and a preterm labour, Dr. Kovid Lee took me under his care and I am so glad. I was happy to leave my midwives for Dr. Lee. He is truly one of a kind, best experience with a doctor. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him. Highly recommend!

Dr. Paul Henning is one of the best OB-GYNE in our city! We transferred to different OBs during my wife’s pregnancy and finally found the perfect doctor who can help us with our concerns. He will get into details and will offer a thorough examination and frequent appointments if you are really worried about the pregnancy. Chrysalis clinic staff are amazing too! Very cheerful and happy to be serving on behalf of their great doctors! Lots of parking spaces and restaurants within the plaza too!

The worst clinic I have ever been, it is always waiting to come into clinic more than 30 min, why you scheduled appointment on a special time if they make you wait more. I am so tired to go to my appointments.

I was a patient of Dr. Mattatall for about 10 years and we went through 2 surgeries together and a high risk pregnancy. I am forever grateful to her for being the highest grade professional I've ever had a pleasure meeting. She always made me feel heard and taken care of. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!

Dr. Kovid Lee is amazing! Throughout my whole pregnancy and in delivery he was there for me and made me feel comfortable and reassured. At the end of my pregnancy it was the highlight of my week to go see him every Monday morning. He also stopped to visit me in labour at the hospital when it wasn't his shift and checked on us several times before we were discharged 3 days post partum. Couldn't have asked for a better OB!

It's really a shame. It started out as a really positive experience; I felt heard and valued as a patient, I was encouraged to have the procedure I wanted and felt really good about Chrysalis and my assigned doctor.

I understand that there were unexpected/unanticipated delays with covid, but I waited almost a year for my appointment when I was promised a call within 2 to 4 months (at most), and when I finally asked my family doctor to ask them about my referral they literally called me back that day. Coincidence? I didn't think so.

So that was frustrating, but I still had a good doctor and was finally having the procedure I so desperately wanted done, so I simply awaited my surgery date and brushed off any frustration. The surgery went well, the team I had at Rockyview Hospital were INCREDIBLE (the REAL mvps!), and Chrysalis later called me to schedule a post surgery check up.

When I attended my checkup, the reception staff gave me a hard time about coming directly to the waiting room because covid, and I get it - but I was never advised otherwise and received no email or text notifications stating this. I apologized for not calling ahead, but grew frustrated as she wouldn't let it go and berated me about it for 15 minutes. Finally, after she let it go and I spent 45 minutes waiting, I was able to see my doctor and I was actually looking forward to seeing him because I really felt like he cared.

But post surgery, I was just another number to him. He was cold and empathetically-absent. He did not examine anything, he didn't even check my incision sites, I had to show him and by that time he was already trying to leave the room blatantly ignoring me and talking to his staff about personal matters and joking around. I was very hurt. I didn't need that appointment, the staff all stated that it was necessary to ensure everything looked okay and healed properly, but he could not have cared less.

I drove across the city, to sit in a waiting room for nearly an hour, to be treated like garbage, for a 5 minute appointment. The 1 star is for my surgery because it went well, and for that I am grateful, the other 4 stars went to Rockyview for being incredible through and through. But my overall recommendation, go somewhere else where they actually care.

Excellent clinic.
I have seen Dr Henning a few times and he is among the top 10 doctors I have seen in Calgary, and I have seen a lot.
He has the knowledge, but more importantly, he CARES, and you can feel it. You can tell that he sees patients as human with feelings and treats them with empathy and respect. You can tell that he is in this profession for reasons beyond money.
The staff are very friendly and nice too. They show empathy and kindness and respect.

Had high hopes with this clinic based on revies, sadly not the case, I was calling to get information on getting in to talk to someone about tying my tubes, front desk admin was rather rude on the phone. I will not be coming here for any procedures.

I had the most wonderful and memorable experience at this place. They have caring and amazing stuffs. I have 3 kids but My Obstetrician made my pregnancy journey the most amazing experience. Thank you so much.

Dr Leung and her entire team both at the hospital and at the clinic are absolutely amazing. Their kindness is above and beyond and I appreciate it more than I could put into words!

Receptionist was friendly, waited about 5 minutes after signing papers to see doctor, nurse was good and attentive, my doctor Leung was really good, she made me feel as much comfortable as possible, she did great job finding problem and solution to my problem also she took her time to very good explaining me what problem is and how to treat it I think she was really knowledgeable and patient. Thank you.

This place has no respect for patients time. Your appointment will always be delayed for at least 1.5 hours. Not only that, when the doctor sees you they act as of they are doing you a favor rather than their job.

Staff does not notify people that they are running late. When I asked why they did not tell me this in advance (could have come by 1 hr later) the response I got was: We can reschedule you for some other time. When I asked when, it was 2 months later.

My mother, who'd had some of the worst experiences ever heard of with OB Gyn, was terrified of seeing a new doctor when she recently heard of some rather disturbing possibilities. The amount of comfort that Dr. Lee gave her, and the amount of care she received is unparalleled.

I was referred to Dr. Fiona M and consulted with her (I believe) resident. Wonderful experience. The gentleman took his time and explained things in detail. I am a nurse and highly recommend this clinic.

I saw Dr. Kovid Lee and could not be happier. I originally had a midwife and developed high blood pressure at 30 + weeks in my pregnancy, i was sad to lose my midwife care and be considered “higher risk” but Dr Lee was amazing, i couldn't have asked for a better OB. He is super caring and has great bedside manner, and always smiling with a great attitude! He always answered my questions, never rushed me and took into account my opinion and reassured me. Unfortunately he didn't not end up delivering my baby as his shift ended but he did make a point to drop by and see me the next day and check on me which i really appreciated as well. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone!

Highly recommend Dr Kovid Lee - he has a wonderful bedside manner, very approachable and professional physician.

Dr. Fiona is just amazing, she is caring and made time to see me sooner than the 6 months after she heard I was at the hospital, she is my angel, yes I had to wait hrs but totally worth it
