Great for the kids. Had a birthday party here and the kids loved it. Service was great. All the games were working and it was pretty clean. No real complaints

Thank you the staff here for the evening that we had the kids had a great time. Only thing that bothered us was the family that sat a machine until we were ready to leave. Staff did as much as they could to give my two kids opportunity to play. Sucks that the family was rude and didn't let them get a chance at playing the game but was told for the future they would implement something so that all kids get a chance to play.

Almost all games were in order. $30 and your kid can play for 1.5hrs when there is a special that's fair. Salad bar was good for parents.

They wouodnt allow us to have a fruit platter from outside at our own table. Said allergy concern boooooo

The variety of food wasn't the best. Mt kids are picky eaters and pizza was basically the only option. Service was okay, the bathrooms were clean. The kids did enjoy themselves while playing the games.

The whole place is great! The lighting and the atmosphere is amazing the food, and the drinks were especially good! Many arcade games to play! Definitely recommend others to go here!

Amazing! Clean and friendly staff. Had no issues being reimbursed when some games weren't working and lost tokens because of it.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here and some memories the kids will surely hold on to. Looking forward to our next visit

This is a great place for any children event especially birthdays. They have a lot of activities for children and also theme events for birthday events. The children always love visiting Chuck E. Cheese and reluctantly leaves at the closing time.

They have ample parking space and this place is highly recommended.

Came here with my Mother and 2 year old son. It was alright for myself but I went for my son as did my Mother and he had a good time. When I read online that there would be a show every hour I thought there would be a actual show and not just kids dancing on TV and Chuckee comes out waves a bit, walks around and then returns to the back. It is great for the kids but pretty lame in my opinion. I understand for the lack of space and people to perform if those are the reasons as well as the cost. I do think that the pizza is expensive. Ordered a large half and half pizza. Which was $41.99. That is very expensive for a pizza. I couldn't believe seeing how much that was on the reciept. Plus they charge extra for stuffed crust and toppings. Come on, that should be included for that price. It was good pizza but not great for that price.

Large pizzas cost around $35 & up, card to play for about 120 minutes cost around $40 & up. The cotton candy that chucky sell is $5. Total is about $90 to spend time with my children.
I download the app and got a free 500 reward points but the *prices* to exchange with the reward is NOT THAT INTERESTING.
It's a place of games. So many games just like in WEM, my children are happy playing the ninja turtle game.
It's free admission but you need to pay to play the game. The service is pretty good.

I will only come once in a year.

It was a very nice evening. My family celebrated my 5-year-old grandson's birthday. He had a blast. The staff was very friendly, kind and accommodating.

My kids always have a great time here. Staff is very friendly and the place is kept clean. Definitely recommend!

UPDATE: I relooked at website and found the prices I was looking at were for parties, which I'm sure Alberta pricing is the same.

Always great service, good food, friendly atmosphere and SAFE for kids so parents don't have to worry.although I spend more time worrying and making sure they are close.
Don't believe the website in Alberta at least. Prices must be American. Way lower on website. Kind of shocking and upsetting. I knew the prices were about 100 bucks for food and drinks for family and 1.5 hour visit, but got excited when I saw their posted prices online. I'll look closer and see if I can get my 90 bucks back.

If you're looking for a "no-hassle" birthday party, this is the perfect place! Foods are great too!

Very fun, we played the games which were mostly functional. The pizza and cheese bread we had were a little greasy but all in all a great experience!

Such an amazing play place for kids. They even earn prizes from certain machines! My kid was just running from machine to machine. We also ordered the large platter, and it tasted great! They also have security measures to see that the kid is being taken home by the right parents. That was really reassuring for the safety of my child.

The kids always love Chuckies for the games, but I feel it is a huge rip off for the parents and grand parents. I paid $56 for an xl pizza. 1/2 ham and pineapple, 1/2 pepperoni. Seriously? It wasn't even enough to feed 3 adults and 3 kids. Ridiculous!

It's really my kids so much happy but they didn't accept the US coupon but they still sending me a coupon which is iam here at Canada so there's no make sense that they didn't accept it

Came for a birthday party, as fun as I remember as a kid. Bring the kids and family, it's an amazing time.

I consider this place to be the worst part of western society. People run around screaming and demanding instant gratification to entertain themselves, for merely moments, before finding another quick fix like some endorphin addict. You pay money into "games" for a reward to pay for something worth neither the time or money you invested into it. Working here would literally be my hell I have great sorrow for anyone unlucky enough to work here. The kids adore the place and it is maintained very well.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They have switched their token system to a card that goes on your child's wrist, which is sooooo much better than the jingly bag of tokens that would spill and get lost everywhere -because you know, kids. The music wasn't deafening and the games are as fun to play as ever. My kids would live there if they could. Oh, and the pizza was far better this last time. It tasted good.

Save your money and go somewhere else. About 1/4 of the games my kids tried to play did not work and just took the points anyways. Run down and needs some TLC.

Weirdly a fun place. I thought it was gonna be loud and dark, and pricey, and ridiculous like the 80’s and 90’s BUT it was clean, great food, the kids and adults all had a blast!

Strongly suggest the load the game card for an hour or two!

Great spot. They have a great deal on play all you want for 2 hours. Our kiddos love it here. We enjoy letting them burn energy and tackle puzzle games.

Honestly their choice to switch to credits on cards was just a annoying decision overall but it fun to get rid of kids.

The reason my family and I keep coming back here is because of the sweet lady working up front named Sophie, she is so friendly and hospitable, every time she is there the salad bar is always clean, fresh and everything tastes great!

Clean and great service. Staff member Ayla was excellent. We had a great time. The birthday party went very smoothly.

Definitely aimed at the under 7 demographic. The food prices are in a high range and.the usual complaint: the return for gameplay tickets seems very small.

Fun place to waste time and money. Played for 2 hours at decent rate. Couple machines broke down and they didnt have the staff to fix. Not enough staff to handle all the customers. Food uughhhh.

Awesome fun place for kids under 12 yrs old. Older kids.not the best place. The stuffed crust pepperoni pizza is AMAZING!

I brought my daughter here for her birthday and was pretty disappointed.
I could barely get anyone’s attention to help me buy games & food, let alone keep my ice cream cake and give me party details.

I was there for my niece Alexia's birthday party on the 17th of August when we were about to leave by the door Chuck E.was walking around my son asked him/her a few times to high five him/her and he was ignored clearly if I was standing a bit away from him/her he/she could obviously hear him too, that's bad especially if someone is dressed as their companies mascot then he/she should at least be a bit more friendly. Even earlier on in the day you cant see his/her face but you could tell by his body language that he didn't want to be there and that he/she was bored his/her hands were floppy and his/her head was down as he/she was walking around the kids. Not a very good representation for a kids mascot. He/she didnt seem kid friendly this is the first time I have ever seen a bad representation of a Chuck E. Cheese mascot normally, I have seen others walking around and waving with good energy not this one; I wouldn't bring my kids to this location anymore.

I was shocked to find Chucky-E-Cheese is no longer affordable. They raised there prices so high only the rich can afford to go at 37$ for med pizza one topping and two soda plus 15$ each child for 30 min holy BS try telling 4 yr old/ 7 yr old that you can’t afford to stay! Chucky-E-Cheese I hope you go outta business

Had a great time with the family, kids loved it, food is pricey, and the up selling is a bit much but still overall enjoyable experience

From the moment you open the door, a pungent odour punches you in the face. Waited 20 minutes at the counter waiting to redeem tickets while the majority of staff working make eye contact and pretend to busy themselves and ignore. Do not go if there are more then 3 families as the staff dont keep up with cleanliness. South Common location is definitely worth the trip

My kid had a good time for her bday.however this place smells like feets and farts.expected tho considering its loaded with kids.staff is nice tho especially the manager and yasmin

Booked my niece and nephews birthday party here and really felt I got my best bang for my buck. The kids had an absolute blast. The staff was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

The service was great and the staff were super friendly. I had my sons 6th birthday here and it was amazing. Very affordable and the kids all had an absolute blast!

Busy place! It's a pretty fun place to take the kids. Staff were helpful solving ticket/token issues, and I appreciate their conservative liquor sale policy. Well done.

They celebrate awesome birthday parties. The service is fast. The food is warm. I would like the kids for the birthday can pause the games in the card when they are eaten. As they don't really enjoy like 45 minutes just eating and being part of the show

Lots of fun games but the salad bar was running low on a few things and the side chicken was ratherly over dry and unpleasant.
