I have been visiting Ciao Bella for close to four years now and have never been disappointed with any of the services they offer. Recently I started receiving massages from Mishaela and have found her to be amazing. I did not enjoy massages in the past as I typically left with soreness due to the pressure. Mishaela has taken care of this and I now go quite regularly. She is a great listener and often asks if the pressure she is using is good which I appreciate. I highly recommend Mishaela and all of the Ciao Bella staff.very professional services.

Have been going here for years! Becky is amazing for my eyebrow waxes and is always nice to chat to! I've been going to Stephanie for massages as well and she's been really great about asking about problem areas and making sure she isn't applying too much pressure etc. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming!

10 out of 10 would recommend! RMT Mishaela did an AMAZING job on my very sore shoulders. Not only did she make them feel so much better, but she didn’t inflict any more pain while she was doing it. The direct billing is always a bonus too!

I have all my laser appointments with Janelle. She is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I love my results and I love not shaving or waxing even more! We have done my underarms and brazilian so far, legs are next. I travel an hour and half to specifically come to Ciao Bella for my appts, they are that good!

I love coming here to get a therapeutic massage from Mishaela - her cupping skills are excellent! The entry is always clean and smells good, and there are so many products to look at on the shelves. The staff are always polite and friendly.

Kevin's deep tissue massage is the best in town. If you like pressure he is the guy to see. Not to mention the spa is immaculate inside and the staff is extremely polite. Highly recommend!

I've gone here for two years for laser, and brows. I can't express how awesome Janelle has been with the whole process.

She's been discrete and professional the entire time. The results have been awesome. 2 sessions in and small parts of the upper lip and a little of the chin area were the only problems left. I'm also extremely pale and with very dark hair.

I would still be going to Ciao Bella if I hadn't moved to BC.

Kevin is truly second to none when it comes to massage therapy, especially if you’re looking for the best deep-tissue massage. He is very knowledgeable and always gets to the root of my issues and he usually finds a few other knots or tight muscles that I didn’t even know were causing me problems. It is unbelievable how much better I feel after! I would 100% recommend Kevin to everyone for a great massage!

The Spa itself is beautiful and clean, and the Staff are always kind and welcoming! They also conveniently direct bill insurance and send text appointment reminders, which has saved me from missing an appointment more than once.

Now after reading more of other people’s reviews, I really need to check out more of Ciao Bella's services!

Just got an eyebrow wax from Becky and it was 5/5! The space is so nice & clean and Becky is fantastic. Will definitely be back for some more services:)
