Abed, was amazingly helpful and patient. He went above and beyond for me and for that I am so grateful. You guys are lucky to have him on the team.

Avoid this branch at all costs. I tried to get a line of credit through this branch. And the process was worse than pulling teeth. I was dealing with a guy named Abid. This whole process took a week to conclude. Because he kept emailing me asking for certain documents. I would send the documents well before closing time. And he would email me just before leaving for the night saying. He needs other documents because the ones he requested won't work. After being told every day for a week that he needs new documents and these would be sufficient and that everything is approved. Just to get an email as he's walking out the door that he was wrong. I dropped into the branch unannounced and magically he found the document he needed that would work, Before I even sent him anything new. He then said I'm good to go home and that he sent the documents he needed and everything would 100% be approved in 30-35 minutes. And that he'd be in contact. Well in typical Abid fashion I heard nothing until the next morning. When he called to say the documents weren't sufficient. This guy had me running in circles for a whole week obtaining all kinds of different documents from different people. Telling me everything's already approved they just need 1 more thing before they can disperse the funds. To end up doing nothing for me, Not to mention he asked why I was trying to do this through CIBC even though I've done my banking with them for almost 10 years and have always used this branch. He even asked why I came to their branch specifically. What an absolute joke this branch has become. Please take the drive to another branch it was made very clear they don't want any buisness.

Good if you just need to use an ATM and envelope-less deposits means your $$ is accessible right away

I come into this branch on occasion exclusively to use the ATM. Each time I come in, I go directly to the ATM, yet the staff insist on forcing an interaction with me. If a customer does not make eye contact, then don't greet them. That's simple social interaction. It's unnecessary and frankly annoying. Let me do my banking and be on my way. This is the only branch I've been to that does this.

The staff here are great and personable. The do make you feel as if their customers matter to them.

Since getting rid of the tellers this branch has gone to the birds. Had my pension transferred here and the lady messed it up costing me thousands.

This branch has taken a nose dive. Unless you can do all of your banking through the atm, dont waste your time. One person working at the front and not able to get 100 dollar bills in exchange for the 20s out of the atm. Frustrating every visit.
