CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

The worst experience ever! Went in simply to get a loan statement, rather than printing the document Vivian constantly told me to calm down rather than calming herself down as she was already dealing with funding issues for another deal which she was visibly distressed and distracted about! Learn to separate your customers and their concerns. Will not be doing business with CIBC in the future!

Worst bank ever. I have been with CIBC for 20 years and now switching to RBC as they have better banks that do everything for business accounts. This bank is a waste of money and time. Never go to this bank… they told me they where incompetent of doing the work.

Like most of the other reviews. The whole system they have going on here is bad! But the moment you add bad service as well it makes it even worst.i went to do a deposit the atm couldnt read the bills and took $100 from what i was depositing i panic and went inside to talk to the lady but i had to wait over an hour for her to tell me to call this number to make a report. 2 weeks passed and i didnt hear back so i called only to be told that there was nothing reported of extra money in the machine (what?) and that they were going to give me $100 as cx remorse (what?) anyway i didnt say anything bc whatever! You cant argue with people that think you are trying to steal but the atm has cameras and i would never make such a claims

This location actually makes me want to stop banking with cibc and I have been customer for 15 years. Horrible customer service by Diane if you hate your job work else where.

Very rude. When I walked in to do a pickup that they requested I was immediately met with attitude stating that they are closed. If you don't want someone going there then don't call for them to go there.

Horrible banking institution. They will steal your moneuand then say they can't find any proof in the bank end of their sustem. I would stay away from these criminals.

What kind of bank doesn't have tellers? Just a big building with nothing in it. Could have just put in an atm at the local gas station and been just as effective.

Took me a bit over one hour to deposit a certified check without a hold. Service is terrible, didn’t even get told what the problem was. Just got told to sit and wait. I’ll never go here again!

We used to enjoy this as our local branch, but since they removed teller service it’s not very convenient or useful. I wish they would go back to offering more services here

Honestly, CIBC hasn’t been great at all to deal with from a business standpoint. I’ve spent upwards of 2 hours waiting for certified cheques to be dealt with here and they STILL weren’t deposited. We’ve had a good deal of money tied up for awkward lengths of time, I would not recommend banking here.
