CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

The staff member that helped us, was friendly and knowledgeable. Will go back to this Branch again when needing financial information.

For over 50 years, family members used this company as branches opened and closed. This particular branch has a horrible excuse for a manager and even worst customer service. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

I came to Canada recently and opened a bank account here for the first time. I had a wonderful experience! Advisor/consultant was very nice to talk to!

Hours posted are wrong. I drove across town to get to that branch because it was the only one open on Saturday. I drove around for nothing since it doesn't open at all on Saturday.

This location specifically, I really do not like. They told me my drivers license wasnt government issued identification. They wouldn't cash my cheque. I didnt even put up a fuss. I closed my account, paid off my credit card and will never open anything with them again. I felt like there was some discrimination going on. Needless to say, rbc takes very good care of me.

This branch has become the worst branch in the city.i have been a member here since 2003 and i cant wait to close my accounts down and move to servus credit union where customer service is an actual thing.i have called 2 times a week for 3 months and havent recieved one call back.awful service and awful staff that do not do their job.

Pretty bad crew. I got the personal problem with its crew. And that crew is my roommate. I got all my bank account closed. And they don't allow me to defend myself.

Very friendly staff member who provided me with information on CIBC's services, in addition they offer a section where you can access smart devices in order to do your banking and other financial transactions and bank information. Large entry way with bank machines in a very well maintained branch.

Terrible idea for a branch. No tellers and only a single individual available to help. There are kiosks available so you can do your online banking there but most people do so on their own devices.

If there are 2 or 3 people ahead of you in line expect to wait 20 or 30 minutes. Expect no privacy when talking about your financials as the teller is right at the front door and the "waiting area" is less than 5 feet away. Ridiculous.

Next to useless. I already do online banking and only go to the branch to deposit coins and i can't do that with ATM or online. I told the guy there it's stupid and he says it's "the business" well the business is stupid.
