Shelby is the worst bank manager very unprofessional. Her teller had misinformed me of how to deposit an insurance cheque which lead me to be in a deficit. After finally tracking her down to discuss why my account was in a deficit. She refused to fix it. When I asked for a manager she rudely responded she was the manager. As I’m telling her that my account got flagged by the wrong advice of her teller who told me to deposit the cheque at the atm which lead to my account being locked and put into a large deficits where they are going to charge interest on the deficits all due to the negligence of the teller who didn’t properly read the insurance cheque and now I’ve lost use of my debit account, and all my preauth payments are going to be bounced back causing me more stress over her negligence. She didn’t care that her incompetence has now lead me to not be able to buy food, gas, pay for bills ect. Do not get any financial advice from this incompetent woman or the bank she manages

When there to get help with my debt. Spoke to a lady who I assumed knew what she was doing. This was not helpful in any way and it was a huge waste of my time. This has made me want to pull out all of my banking from them and go somewhere else. Do not go here for financial advice

Been waiting since January for any contact back about opening an estate account for a deceased family member. Shouldn't take this long.

If you plan to get small bill $10's or $5's. You can't. Everything is automated. There's no bank tellers.

This is a fake bank. Nobody works here, Just a cutout of an employee and an ATM machine.
