CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM Only)

I’ve been banking with CIBC for than 10 years and by far this is absolutely the worst location in Canada. You will definitely wait for at least 30 minutes before anyone talks to you. Staff pretend to be busy and never attend to customers. The branch manager is a very rude man that is very useless. He would be in his office pretending to do work and when I talked to him and was trying to raise my concerns, he was smiling and telling me, “ I AM the branch manager. ” This branch manager’s name is Simon. We will never go to that branch even if I have to drive for 30 minutes. I would rather be driving to a far location than be disrespected.

Simon, just so you know I will take my concerns to higher ups because being the branch manager doesn’t allow you to run your branch like a zoo.

Heads up, don't deposit your US currency here. The machine rejected all of the currency I fed it and I think ate one of the $1 bills I had (don't bother opening an investigation for $1). I went to the only person working, she said because this is one of the fancy streamlined banks without tellers I can just try to fight with the ATM and risk it eating more bills. I'll have to wait until the weekend when I am off work and the Shawnessy location is open, because I work from home and try not to drive needlessly.
