This is the worst and the most unprofessional bank branch I have dealt with in my entire life. Absolutely useless! This branch is the reason why I'm going to change to another bank!
I've been with CIBC for a while and every single time I have an issue that doesn't have an immediately obvious answer I am referred to a 1-800 call number. I then go through 20 minutes of teleprompter communication until I am inevitably met with "We cannot assist your call right now. Please try again later". And the call is dropped.
I've tried calling several months apart, trying various hours of the day, inputting different cards, prompting different routes. The end result is always the same. The call centre flat out doesn't work.
Walked there with my baby only to find out they close early at 5 not 6. Lady said because of covid they close an hour early and they havent changed their times online. Covid has been going on for how long now you should have changed it months ago. Not impressed.
I came today to open a visa account, Sara was the one to assist me she was so helpful and fully of knowledge she explained everything super clearly and she described each visa individually and all the benefits of them. I wanna thanks Sara for considering the time and for her help!
Poor service, when you open account, they wont tell you any detail or the promotion about your account until you ask them.they just assume you already know everything about the bank and your account.you booked appointment for service, but everything is feel rush
