Don’t go to this branch. We wait too long and has no customer service at all. Even simple greeting. Especially the woman in reception table. For me she’s lazy.

I was just doing a survey for CIBC and was reminded how awful my experience here was.

I had lost my Debit Card, I didn't have my ID on me and I needed access to money to get my ID, obviously I lost my entire wallet, what a distressing day!

Did CIBC step up to meet my need? Absolutely not, I had 3 different employees attempt to turn me away without getting a card replacement, I literally had to beg this Asian woman to help me before she did. How am I being turned away without a card replacement at all? There are procedures for verifying identities without physical ID, these employees claimed to not know about them, when I called them over to learn about these procedures from the Asian lady the one lady tried to ask me to leave lol, which the client service representative we had on the phone overheard and said to disregard her thankfully.

I also had to get a Bank Statement one time and again I was outright refused, I had to go to the CIBC in Millwoods to get my Bank Statement which luckily wasn't out of the way since the Registry is near it, but still.

Avoid this place like the plague, they don't want your business, they have no tellers and incredibly poor customer service.

They didn't open On time. I was there from 9.20am. As there timings are for 9: 30am.
And im waiting outside its 9: 35am still didn't opened.

After they set behind the desk they told me that the system is down. What a waste of time. Don’t recommend anyone to visit this location

Not a single person to help you here Ben waiting for more than 20 minutes was told to wait but they don't have first come first serve policy even nobody has an appointment still they helped customers who came after me.

If anyone could answer the phone that would be a start. I called 3 times to make an appointment, got a call back 2 days later after I went into the bank to make an appointment.

Worst customer experience, u r late 5 minutes and u cannot get their service. Worst people of any bank branch I met.

The phone customer service representatives are not as helpful as the people in the branch, that's why we need to go in person. I am glad that someone in this branch was able to assist me and my mom to replace her credit card. I truly understand the standard procedure when it comes to security measures and verification over the phone but if a client is a senior citizen, customer service should allow a family member to help. Use soft skills and smart judgment should be in place.

West Bank l ever dealt with here in the Canadian soul - pains my heart to see people with such a poor customer service behaviors like that very rude when you ask them questions especially the lady in the front it's sad honestly, her self esteem is compromised for sure. L hate to write such comments about people but who ever see as a joke l strongly advise you to visit the branch on 17 st and whitmud branch, then we can talk after.

Probably the worst bank i have ever been in. The place is huge and they have 1 teller. This isnt the first CIBC ive been in like this either. They are all understaffed and poorly operated. That is why I will be closing my account with CIBC

this guy have no customer service skills and he thinks that he owns his own business but he forgot that he is bringing the cibc name down with his services.no manners to talk to people, attitude for nothing and most important he thinks he is the one who knows everything.sorry mate but you are an employee who is working in an organization.rude staff and never return your calls or answer your emails

Bad service no person that would help me deposit cash into the account, all I was told to do is use arm cause it's a digital bank. Where would normal people go to deposit big amount like use atm machine 20 times.

This bank is now only atm and so slow for any other services save your tim and go to a normal cibc. Really sucks since it’s the closest to my house.

Super slow customer service. Only one staff working. Had to wait for 20 minutes. Not customer oriented staff. Pathetic place to go for any banking need. Don’t recommend to visit.
