If I knew what this location would quickly end up like, I wouldn't have started banking at CIBC. So many weird issues whether its money transfers or the app itself, or outages for service like e transfers. Oh and if you do have an issue 9/10 you're going to feel like you wasted your time to see someone in person at the branch. And you will probably be waiting 2 hours plus on hold to talk to a person on a phone too. Clownshow
Went here to open a bank account, said they were open until 4. Bank was open but there was absolutely no one there to help us. I don’t mind waiting in a line etc but having no one there when they said open was pretty frustrating.
Got my visa sent to this branch and got a call to pick it up when I was at the gym. Got here at 5: 55 on the dot. Was told they close at 6. Gates are locked and they wouldn't open.
Exceptional customer service. Seemed understaffed as the are always busy, but they are very efficient and do what they can to help you out. Shout out to my lady sue. The best!
Went in this afternoon after a crazy morning and had to the most amazing, quick, comforting service from a lady, didn’t get her name she’s the first office to the right- as you walk in. She was sick. Thank you.
Worst customer service. Specially for bank…. Only ATM machiner are working… They are not attending any person if one is there for any other requirement. I was waiting at front desk… One person saw me from his cabin too. Still, nobody came on front… Seriously? Someone is coming from work.just during break and you are offering this customer service… Completely wastage of time.
Siew was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful and honest with helping me open a student bank account. She was understanding and gave reasonable advice on what I should do. She was efficient and timely and did my application in a fastly manner. Overall I'm extremely happy with the service here.
Absolutely horrible centre. I stood and waited for 20min at the front desk trying to get help and nobody came. When they did they acted like I was a burden to them. I’ll be switching banks for sure.
I have had to update my review as this bank has removed all of their tellers, so any financial transaction has to go through the Bank Machines. This is very disappointing. They might as well just have a big room of 20 bank machines and no people. Awesome location before. Mediocre location now
Sadly I have spoken with the bank manager and CIBCs online banking and they said banks going tellerless is the current trend. There are other CIBC locations that have gone from a fully functioning bank to a McDonalds Style automated order machine. This is a shame both for the tellers and for the customers.
I will say the staff still here are still very helpful.
Dont bother going here besides basic transactions. Only one person knows how to do everything while everyone else cant even figure out how to issue a new bank card
The worst branch I ever visited no body to direct people when the wake in only one gay serving customer and complaining people waking in and give them a worom welcome to kick them out
Not even a proper branch. Stood in line to deposit a cheque for 15 minutes because only ONE person was taking customers, only to be told to use the ATM.
Excellent service. My app wasn’t working and I could not make an e transfer. I had to use an atm, and with my receipt I requested to be reimbursed for the surcharge. I expected to get nothing in return, however I spoke to shabnam and she was very nice, helpful and did not hesitate to help me out with even such a small unique request.
Horrible customer service. One lady offered to help me consolidate my credit so I agreed and then once everything got approved she completely ignored my phone calls and emails so it’s been like 8 months and still nothing.

Many people are unhappy about this. Any requests I have regarding my account are met with a big NO. So I just then phone online banking and online banking actually helps me.
My prediction is this very stupid idea of CIBC to automate some of their bank locations will result in loss of customers. Also I can already see that this particular location going automated will become a flop and this location will either have to bring back their tellers or close this location all together.
Honestly, I can't see this location lasting much longer. Of course most people just drive to the 50st.location or to the 97st location as there are no tellers and the manager and staff can offer little help. I wonder if the branch manager is bailing ship for another location.
Either bring back the tellers as this is simply the Apple Product Store with a few bank machines. Or simply close this branch and turn the location into a McDonalds.
