Don’t ever expect the phone to be answered or a call back. They use the current situation as an excuse to not help customers but if you manage to get inside everyone is sitting around. This was a great branch … imperial service I think not! Trying to find out if my replacement visa showed up and no answer or return calls …

Came here to use the ATM a minute before they opened. Wanted to deposit a cheque but I couldn't select the option. So I tried again a minute after they opened and I was able to deposit it. It was so weird. Almost wasted my time.

I'am so disappointed with your service. Last saturday i've deposited just only $400 until now my money is still on hold. How come? It is not more than a thousand dollars or a check that i've deposited. You have a very slow service. I will not recommend you to my friends or anyone. This is so disappointing!
