I visited 2 time this branch. Both time it poor service. 8 people on the line. Only one 1 employee available at desk. Everytime other 2 employee assisting to 1 customer. Really poor customer service.
I had a terrible experience with CIBC Bank. Their customer service was unhelpful and disinterested, with long wait times and unprofessional attitudes. Their online banking platform is outdated, slow, and often crashes. They charge high fees for basic services without offering any added value. There is also a lack of transparency regarding account fees and policies, leading to unexpected charges without prior notification or explanation. Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed with CIBC Bank.

Rude staff …. Called for to open business account n they hung up fon on my face Inbetween conversation. I think cibc don’t have interest in money anymore…. Soon I will transfer my mortgages n car loans and my personal accounts and my wife’s account to some other bank.
What a terrible service at this branch, Asian guy on counter doesn’t know how to talk respectfully and he doesn’t have any idea what he is doing. He wasn’t ready to help out at all. I had so many expectations from my branch, they had time to open my account in past and today they don’t have time even if bank is closing at 6, then just close it forever
Always have line up as only 1 person is working at customer service. THEY SHOULD HIRE MORE PEOPLE. SADIRI - customer service guy, he is so rude and dont know the customer service at all.
Hi I use today service it was very good I am very satisfied with service specially the lady on teller her name is Aswin she is very nice one guy open my new account I think so his name is Rahul very nice guy too I am fully satisfied with there service’s thanks to CIBC

Went to this branch after having a very poor experience trying to replace my bank card at another downtown location. The customer service rep that helped me was very nice, and did the task in a timely matter. As I explained my experience at the other location, he was empathetic and apologetic for what I went through which I really appreciated. Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but he made a task that I was dreading and already stressed out about, easy and pleasant.
This branch has an awsome team and a dedicated staff. Thank you So much "Sanket Bhutada" for your very informative meeting. Thank you for sorting and provided the help needed today. Keep rocking!
Extremley poor customer service. I had an urgent thing I called 100 times but no answer. I left voicemails to Sanket Budhra, he never get back to me. I visited branch and Manpreet Dhillo said she will email me what I need right away but she never got back to me. I called her line many times, left her emails, left her voicemails, but she never got back to me. Worst people working at this branch. Pretend to be busy all the time but do nothing. WORST CIBC BRANCH

No follow-ups from the branch. Aventura Visa Infinite never worked at POS-straight decline. Was promised $300 offer on bank account but of no avail despite meeting all requirements. CIBC lacks in making exceptions and could learn from banking leaders namely, RBC, Scotia and TD. But the mortgage process was very smooth and easy than most other competitors as per my experience.
Sanket Bhutada can barely speak english and is in charge of a bank. Super lazy branch manager who can barely keep track of clients. He cannot return phone calls and doesnt answer his calls when in office. I spent 15 mins in the lobby calling all lines but no one answered. They would rather ignore the phone. Extremely clumsy and useless bank manager who will do nothing to help his clients. Tellers are no better example and i guess you can say " they learn from the best. Sanket Bhutada!
Extremely helpful and hardworking staff. Great experience always whenever I visit. The branch is busy most of the times but they always try to help everyone the best they can. Have recommended them to some of my friends too and they have the same positive experience and opinion.:)
I visited CIBC Saddletowne Circle branch today 10 Sep 2019. I was there to get a bank draft and several account related questions. The customer service representative Zareen attended me very well and answered my questions with smile. I liked her service very much. Keep it up!
Customer service is terrible. The teller did not try to understand what I was saying and gave me attitude. I am going to go to a different branch from now on.
Do not go to this bank. Customer service is terrible. C/S reps don’t know a thing about service. I went there to certify a cheque they wouldn't certify it and they told me I dont know why you waiting it's a busy day, they were very rude waisted over 30 minutes there.
Best experience I've ever had among all the banks I've been to in Calgary. The manager Sanket Bootada in the branch is young and dynamic and was very pleasingly helping his staff by approaching clients in the que. It was a long que but his turnover time was a delight to watch. He approached me too and I happily asked him to help me with few of my transactions. He immediately assisted me with my questions and fixed my queries right away. Within 10 minutes, he voluntarily explained me the importance of TFSA & RESP and why I need to start investing. It's been almost 8 years I've been in Canada but no one explained me this. I'll come back to this place again and again and highly recommend this branch to everyone.
