Clients always waiting on long lines i feel bad for elderly that have to stand and wait.ive been a client of CIBC for 8 yrs and all their branches have less staff remember it is important to us that you guys should be open weekends and add more staff as we are working weekdays.also teach your front desk to act professionally and communicate properly.scotia bank staff are the best they always came out of the office once line are building they greet u like they know you. If only I know how to change bank i will do it in no time.

I find it rather disheartening that when I call the branch phone number that I am directed to an answering machine that immediately sends me to your telephone banking rather than allowing me to talk to somebody at the branch. When I call a branch phone number I expect to speak to somebody at that branch. Not to get shuttled around or said to an answering machine after three rings consistently. What is the point of operating a branch if nobody wants to take phone calls. Please take the time to reevaluate this entire branch and whether or not it should even exist in the first place. Take a look at its management and inner workings and make sure that you did not in fact higher the laziest bunch of people I have ever met in my life. I have banked with you since I was 8 years old and not any other branch in town treats their people the way your branch does. Again I find this very disheartening. And I hope you take the time to get this figured out promptly.

Have been CIBC customer for a while love this millwood branch. The service I received is exemplary. All staff is knowledgeable and most importantly were not shy to ask for assistance when unsure. Had some deposits that needs to be done on urgent basis, ATISHNA help me, she was very professional n too the point. My tasks took some time to accomplish and never did I feel that I was occupying too much time or delaying them from other things. The visit was pleasant,
I have no hesitation in recommending this branch to anyone.

Don't waste your time with this branch. Cocky agents prefer to smoke cigarrets instead of providing customer service. Horrible experience with CIBC

Clean building. ATM is wonderful. Employees are helpful, if they can’t help they will find someone who can. Wonderful service

Ridiculous service.had appointment at 3 pm with Swati at millwoods branch but she ahead cancelled stating you can use online service. Gave a number instead on calling the agent said who told you we do these services online. Specifically mentioned Swati gave you wrong info. I again called branch after 15 mins on third call Swati picked up and again gave lame excuses on-top suggested to withdraw from different accounts. @branch manager this is my home branch and that's how I got treated.seems time to change my bank.

Really, Very bad experience, nobody responsible here, I’m lots of time call here but nobody answer the call, if I go to bank for some work they told me printer is not working.moreover if you want any thing change in your account or Morgage account they don’t have any knowledge they are very unprofessional staff there. Therefore, Last Friday I reached to the bank at 5.57Pm then I see one guy will close the door that time I request to that guy please don’t close the door because I’m here before close time.but he denied my request unfortunately that guy closed the door and I came back without done my work

These people sitting here in this bank have no sense of banking.
For a cibc bank draft she is telling me it will take 4 to 6 days to get 6k USD.

It would like to remind CIBC at how poor the quality is at this branch.

This is the worst quality I have ever gotten from any bank in fact this is the reason why I walked down the street and went to ATB.

At least when I have to wait 25 to 45 minutes. I get timely service. Functional financial services. And employees that actually seem to care about what's going on.

At CIB C unless they are getting a percentage on your financial instruments, employee's there just ignores you.

They don't care about your business or you.

You should not come to this bank for any services whatsoever.

Really, they are suffering with the lack of banking knowledge, My funds were in hold and visited to leduc branch, they found the problems and suggested me to go my home branch and I came here and they found nothing and said fund will be avaiable tonight, but it was not. The branch operations are more likely indian style, staff s are not well behaved, avoid this branch if possible! Even I don't want give a single star!

Understaffed, very slow employees and guess what, if you deposit cash into your credit card it takes 3-5 business days to be reflected, because they need that time to verify.
IT’S CASH! Takes them 8 second to count but 3-5 business days to verity?

The employees were rude and when I made a complaint to head office they were very understanding and said the branch manager would call me to rectify the situation I was never called. Worst cibc in Canada, would not recommend.

Andrea obviously cares more about her own personal financial gain than creating a positive experience for the staff and clients of this branch. Its amazing how nothing changes even after many people make it clear how terrible it is. True selfishness.

Slow service, staff is very lazy and untrained.don't listen to customer.i approach to senior he didn't listen me carefully too.there was big line up and I waited around 20 to 30 minutes.

This location is completely incompetent, and after trying to resolve some issues that came up with our mortgage only 5 months into our term with them, I am confident that the entire entity of CIBC has no clue what they are doing. They take money from you without proper notice, and cant even properly explain or justify why. Do NOT get a mortgage with CIBC. Without a doubt, the worst decision in my life.

The tellers are great people but they have terrible wait times. They are very short staffed. They had a queue system and at least it didn't make it seem that the wait is that bad. This is my secondary account besides TD but yeah their service is way better. The fact that there are no replies to the older reviews also shows a lack of care towards the wait times.

Went in to ask for a small line of credit. They guy didnt even ask me how much I was looking for before denying me and trying to push a credit card on to me. Every time I tried to say something he would interrupt and tell me I didn't understand. When I asked to see a bank manager I was REFUSED. I went to the information booth to see a manager and was AGAIN REFUSED. Complete lack of customer service. Was only lookimg out for his best interests. Will be making a complaint to the bank manager and if nothing is done I will go higher and pull my accounts. There's always better banks out there

Unfortunately you cannot give 0 or negative stars. This branch should be averaging 1. Don't know how they get anything beyond 1 star.
This branch of CIBC has the worst service. Insufficient tellers and now they have even removed the take number so you can sit for your long awaited service. I do most banking online (good thing). But every once and a while you need to go in. Any loans work is a waste of time. They really don't have a person there that makes decisions. Been with CIBC for 38 years. This branch was originally located a little ways away. Staff relocated to new location when it opened. As they retired or moved, the service and decision making has totally gone down hill. Loans or interest rates can be questioned and do get turned down there. Go to another branch, like down town, ask for same, it gets approved or adjusted. They should either shut down this branch or fully re-staff with people that really care about customer service and helping the community. Evaluate risk and for good customers make the appropriate adjustments. That is what it used to be like. Hats off to the staff who used to really care, moved on or retired, you were great. Not true today.
CIBC is a good enough bank to deal with, but some branches have terrible service, support and lack decision making. Claim its the guidelines they must follow. Remember when the branch manager knew you and made educated decisions and granted good rates and took risk when there really wasn't one. That's because they got to know their customers.
BTW phone in to CIBC service is a heck of a lot better. Do online as well. Avoid this lack of service when you can.

CIBC double charged me on a transaction, which I provided proof for (eft report which proves the retail purchase only went through once at the store) and they denied me my money THAT THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR, refused to resolve the issue.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! EVERYTHING IS A MESS THERE. THATS WHY I SWITCHED BANKS. NOW I AM WITH RBC AND IS SO MUCH BETTER.

Why is there 8 teller stations, a huge line and one or two people working everytime? It's called a bottleneck and it's bad for business. Terrible. Bank somewhere else.

Lazy staff, in experience banking skilled and need minimum 30 min to wait, Very bad customer service specially in this location, East Indian staff very aggressive if you new coustmer they will lick you, you can ask anything they will do it in the beginning, after that they thrash you don't care you at all, and in the till not welcome wish no smile on their faces very rude and arrogant, I had a good experience with this staffs.

Had a fantastic 45 minute wait in line, followed by another 20 minutes with the teller just to replace a lost debit card. That’s not even the best part, I verified my pin at the ATM then went to the grocery store, went to pay and it wouldn’t work. I won’t be going back to this branch. Should probably have more than 2 people working on a Saturday especially since they are located in such a busy spot.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. The absolute worst location in the city hands down. Never enough tellers on, no business line and its always packed. Management doesnt do anything to accommodate busier times and youre left waiting unreasonably long. Have attempted to speak to manager and she was rude about it. Told me to come back during different times. Tried that multiple times and made no difference. The only good thing you have done is hire Jasmine and Manny. Theyre awesome to deal with.
