I've been with cibc for 12 years now.
Today I closed my account and CC with them due to complete disrespect from their supervisor Krista.

This entire banking chain is monumentally dissapointing. You will be embarrassed dealing with them for business transactions.

While in line. I heard two different people, upset with the fees associated in accessing their own money. Then the staff members feel "hasseled" in having to explain and justify the charge. Tellers shouting directions to customers about ABM felt really professional. Then there's the actual hands on, customer service.or lack their of. I'd like to make a deposit. I'm told the machine does it. Then, this whole lecture on the machine. In a span of which, I could have received a greeting, account access. Funds counted/deposited, handed receipt and stepped aside for the next customer.

Makes me feel like they expect an apology for people trying to access the specific services, they're paid to preform.

Just terrible. Access a different branch, if possible.

I tried to phone them regarding my lost debit card and a brenda advised me to call the number at the back of my card wow sounds like an old lady who’s so lazy to work everday, so there’s no other but to say thanks and bye, just send her home and watch Netflix

Never open on Saturday, not enough staff to assist customers, plus they take a fee for an overdraft account that I do not have, thinking about changing banks.

I haven't had any thing real upsetting at this branch, but I am hardly in there to see a teller.
Every time I have gone to the teller the staff seem ok, nothing wonderful just basic service attitude.
I think they need to have at least one day of the week where they are open later than 5

A review of cibc in general, not just this location. The longer you bank with them, the less they care about you. It's all about getting new clients and ignoring the old ones. 30+ years and the customer service is automated, non-existent, or just plain rude.

The fat older girl who works as a teller is always rude and ignorant and can't do her job properly if her life depended on it. If you want to stand and wait for an hour to recieve no help I recommend this awful location. And the manager isn't even capable of explaining things properly! Awful place, awful management, awful staff!

Very great experience and good quality service when compared with cibc south branch. MS. SREENIDHI is really amazing person with highly knowledgeable and assist with great smile.highly recommended person for whomever need better banking experience.

The worse service ever and rude
You will get worst bank service ever in your life. They are rude and never want to help their customers. Try the other cibc in red deer

Service quality has become terrible at the teller level at this branch: I've noticed that most of the Friday tellers are replete with attitude and completely out of line. There is a gatekeeper mentality and some of them seem motivated to deny service where they can. In one year I've witnessed a couple of banking errors at the counter and found it to be an extremely unaccommodating, unfriendly atmosphere in general. The exception to the rule is Gian, who is unfailingly professional, humble, cooperative, and efficient.
