If you seek considerate service from the upper level, FIND ANOTHER branch. My transfer from this location was stopped "nearly twice" & I "was" an Imperial Service Client for 30+ years.says it all.
Convenient parking nearby. ATM did not like any of my non Canadian cards (although accepted at other machines). Only one member of staff at desk dealing with customer problem and longish line so could not get help.
I believe this branch deserves more stars. I’ve had a very positive experience with this place. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you for your kind service!
This is my branch & it's TERRIBLE. I loath having to go here in person. Tellers constantly struggle to do basic transactions and often there's only one of these untrained staff members working. Avoid this place like the plague if you can and if you must go, plan to spend your day here.
Must attract the riff raff in city. Give better service. Musta been a pile of paperwork for cereals spilled all over the floor to clean up. Lol might as well close the bank for the day. Since sweeping the floor takes all day to clean. Scummy sense of entitlement exists here. Especially if the mess takes forever just to clean so you can't have an open bank on a busy friday. We must be in Calgary. Gotta do the paperwork that goes nowhere lol
No ATM access anymore, called and they said should be 24 hours, where is the card access panel? Reasons I move banking elsewhere. CIBC ignores customer feedback, look at the reviews.
Pretty clueless. Trying to close an account for an estate. Keep giving me the run around and have no clue what they are doing.
Been in many times after talking with them about what I need but somehow they keep forgetting to tell me to bring other things or that I need an appointment.
I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but this has happened every, maybe 15 times that I’ve had to come back
I've been with CIBC for a while and every single time I have an issue that doesn't have an immediately obvious answer I am referred to a 1-800 call number. I then go through 20 minutes of teleprompter communication until I am inevitably met with "We cannot assist your call right now. Please try again later". And the call is dropped.
I've tried calling several months apart, trying various hours of the day, inputting different cards, prompting different routes. The end result is always the same. The call centre flat out doesn't work.
