First of all, there is always a line up in this branch to get any kind of service but the staff at the front desk is always helpful

World's most relaxing Tellers work in this branch. Proper training required. 4 teller window only 2 operational. 15 people waiting in line. Updated Sep 5th 2023.

I have never met a more pompous and ignorant bank manager in my entire life. I almost forgot how much of a pleasure she is to do business with.
I highly suggest you do your banking elsewhere if at all possible

Awful service at this branch. Two tellers during peak hours with huge line up. Few managers working in offices but can’t be bothered to help reduce the line.

I went to CIBC today, and the lady who helped me was namedTeresa Galati (Manager). I liked her service and she was really cheerful

Horrible and unprofessional staff. Do not bother coming to this branch, my interaction with two of the employees have been terrible. Not only they do not have knowledge of the terms and conditions of the accounts, they are rude and and unprofessional. I am sure you will find other branches nearby to handle your CIBC related transactions.

Unprofessional staff…I had a meeting with Muhmad server and he was sleeping after lunch I did wait to talk with him 45 minutes then he said he have a another meeting.

Horrible costumer service, the workers in ther are mean, have no respect with the clients, maybe if I was Indian or Punjab the treatment would be different, very disappointed how rude they are. I'm giving 1 stars because I can't give 0
