Very slow. Only 1 teller and there’s always line up. Hire more ppl. If you don’t make money close the bank. Simple

Because of the lack of help, professionalism and follow-up from this branch, we have moved all of our business to another bank within a week of opening at CIBC. I have never been so stressed out over opening an account in my life and to have no follow-up, follow through or help was the cherry on the cake. The advisor that set up our accounts stopped responding to emails, when we approached the manager for further help, he did it reluctantly, and then never finished the transaction. 2 emails later trying to follow-up, no response. We tried keeping all our business here as my partner had multiple accounts open with them for years, and after 1 week of jointing me, we will never be back. This branch is a joke.

I am going to this brach from last five years, for business deposits, i never had any issues, very friendly staff, but today it was very bad experience, the counter staff name was Fatima, She was very rude, five minutes job she took for ever, she had some communication issues or she is a racist.very sad for customers point of view.

Horrible customer service and they have no idea what they are talking about. Every person my husband and I dealt with at this location was inmature and disrespectful. Definitely time for new staff.

Not the first time I’ve had issues with CIBC. Their respect for people’s time is a joke. I bank at this location cuz it’s most convenient for me. Other surrounding locations are same mess. Apparently you can walk in without confirming you have an appointment and take someone else appointment.

Went in today to make a US cash deposit & was told that there are no tellers & that I can only do it through the atm (which I’ve tried at different locations, but the funny money sticks together). How does a bank have ZERO tellers during regular business hours? !

Waiting time is longer then all the banks in Canada here, whenever you go there, only one teller serves all customers, always waste your time to stand in long queue. Why don’t they get 2 tellers

I waited 35 min for a booked appointment and they gave me no information about anything I was asking for.

Given that CIBC such few branches and I have to travel to this branch, I was extremely angred to find the outta doors were locked preventing an access to ATM. Which meant another 40 minutes to another branch.

Booked an appointment with Jonathan two weeks back, yesterday he called me and said he’s working till 5 today, so I need to reschedule this appointment. I asked him to move this appointment to another advisor and he said the other advisor will do a phone meeting and she will give you a call after 6, and guess what? No call so far, to this when I’m calling the branch line, no one answers the phone. Very disappointed
