Poor customer service, I went there to open a new account with a friend The teller told somebody will help us in 10 minutes However, after waiting for an hour, no help and we had to leave disappointed
Came here a second time and the line up is far too long, half an hour to an hour wait, even for simple transactions. There is only 1 teller and management doesn't seem to help the issue, it seems like they don't value customer time. Will not go to this location again.
Worst banking experience I've ever had. About 2 tellers and they seem to move in slow motion. No consideration of peoples time, customer service is 0.5star. Never coming back again, I've never seen such laziness of a staff in my life.
I came in yesterday in a bit of a bind and didn’t have a lot of options I needed help it was almost closing time and Romina Manzano didn’t hesitate to assist me she helped me and made my day she really blessed me and I appreciate it so much!
Staff is super friendly but I have come here a couple of times this week and waited in line for a teller, it is extremely slow. The second time I was there, there were 3 and 4 people at the front not helping customers and only two working with customers while the line just got longer and longer.
Worst banking centre. Disgusting and irresponsible customer service. My credit card was delivered to this bank on June 1st and still they have not contacted me to arrange a pick up. Called and left a voicemail message no response. Awful service. Stay way from CIBC
Was there during the lunch break. There was a queue, but only 2 windows open. Ended up waiting 30 minutes. They did open another window as staff returned from lunch. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful, when your turn came up.
Worst Worst Customer service, First of all representatives sitting at counter are rude, they are not trained well about customer care. They won’t direct you, they will just say No direct to your face without even finding out any solution. They didn’t ready to help me out in any way, Worst customer service I have ever seen specially from this Asian guy on counter. I had to cancel my accounts just because of their ridiculous service
Very lazy staff …you need to Stan in the line every time more than 45 minutes They are on the phone and they don’t care about coustmor over the counter very unprofessional……
If i could give them - 4 stars i would for customer service. They allowed a relative of mine that I have trusteeship on to take out 3500 in the form of a certified cheque.this was in october 15 I had a flag on the account the teller simply did not read the flag and gave the money despite the flag of not allowing more then 500 to be taken by her. I have spent hours escallating my complaints.on the 10th of January i filled out a form and was told the money would be returned within 2 days. It is january 18 the money is still not in the account. I have left 2 voicemails for the manager they have not even returned my calls. BRUTAL
