CIBC Branch with ATM

This is the best branch of a bank I have ever visited. Employees were nice and helpful and we arrange everything we needed immediately. Especially I would like to thank Mary Ann and Chira for their care.

Just like most of the CIBC branches that I have been to. Bad customer service. Went there to update my information on my account and the receptionist lady said that they were fully booked and that I should do it online. Went back home and when I tried to do it online I was told that I should do it at the a branch. Waste of time and misinformation all around.

I went for an appointment and Tibebe gave me the kindest and helpful customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Shashvat is a very knowledgeable financial advisor who was able to help me out.

I do not recommend using this branch for any financial services relating to transferring RRSP or other accounts from any other institution to CIBC. It has been six months and between lost paperwork and incorrectly filled out paperwork the transfer still has not occurred.
