CIBC Branch with ATM

Went to this branch half an hour before closing time because a different branch was not able to help me. Khalood and Jesse were both amazing and provided solutions to my concerns. Absolute top-notch customer service, they were friendly, knowledgeable.

Gurjant was terrible to work with. Just left a meeting with him not explaining anything and assuming that we were not Canadian. Zero knowledge of savings account or how bank drafts work. Didn’t even bother to stay to finish our banking for the day at that location because of how incompetent he was. 0/5 stars.

This was my home branch until I closed my account. Terrible customer service at this location as well as over the telephone. The worst bank in Canada.

Simply poor service. Unresponsive to calls lack of knowledge. They don't call back they ghost clients.

The worst CIBC you can imagine. It literally ruins the reputation for CIBC. They provide garbage service. I will not deal with this branch ever again.

I think this place is Run by toddlers. No sense of responsibility or commitment. No respect for people's time or even people. I hope the other CIBC branches are better than this.

CIBC is the worst bank of ever had the misfortune of trusting my money with. Save yourself a headache and choose a different bank to do business with.

Always painfully slow service. Today there was a line up out the door on a Saturday. Took 3 employees to help one customer. Do yourself a favour and go to the next nearest branch.

In regards of the hours of operation and the line up sometimes, I think it's difficult to make it right for everybody. I know that the staff works hard to offer a professional, friendly and fast service.

Hours on here say they're open. Arrive, hours on their front door say they're closed all day every day. Not operating at all because of COVID. Obviously have zero respect for people's time if they don't bother updating their hours.

The manager refused to make me another card on purpose after I provided two pieces of I. D and was extremely rude. All the banktellers are VERY rude, ive always had good encounters at other branches but this one is the worst!

I dealt with Maria S? Maria B? Don't remember her last initial but god.what a RUDE woman. I came in today regarding a problem I was having with my debit card because it was declining (even though I have money on it). I called telephone banking SEVERAL times, and they never got back to me. She didn't listen to or cared about what I was saying, she just kept telling me to call them. I tried to tell her they weren't helping me but she dismissed me. And then she proceded to read out every single thing I've purchased on my card very loudly in the bank. The bank was FULL of people. Most of my purchases are personal so you can only imagine how embarrassed I was. Never again will I go to this bank. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. An absolute disgrace of a business.

Even giving CIBC Northtown Centre a 1 star rating is too much. The service at this bank is horrendous. Most of the staff are extremely rude. From the bank manager to the Advisors.

Dealt with Shuai Yu. Awesome employee with that branch helped so much explained everything to me in such an efficient manner everything I wanted completed was dealt with my time table was very confusing as I’m very busy with work but he was able to work around all that with me and get everything I needed for me. Amazing person will definitely be going back to him for anything I need. Bank tellers are also very friendly and amazing at what they do my favourite branch by far!

Just finish talking to Jack yu, he is new here. But man he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to example everything to you. He also speaks中文 as well. (Mandarin) we'll go back to him whenever I need help. Cibc is lucky to have you.
