CIBC Branch with ATM

Horrible branch. Poor service and time wasters. Directed me to another branch for multiple things, however it turns out they could’ve fixed our issues.

Came in to order some cash for a vacation. Basically got told they don't carry it and I then asked to order it in then. The lady at the counter was fairly unapproachable and I will be reaching out to management

Poor services.always big line up, not enough trained staff, very disappointing by services.

Really disappointed waited long time in the line. There is four counters but only one counter is open. There long line waiting for their turn. It’s took me almost a hour for my turn.

They do not answer the phone, they have a voicemail and they do not return messages. What kind of a trash bank will not answer the phone. And the tellers are incredibly arrogant and rude

They set up wrong cheque and saving account, Even make drive license number wrong, waste my time and money. Very bad experience.

If I can select 0 start, I would give 0 star. I went in bank to do 3 business deposited. No line up, all csr was available but She did only 1 deposit and told me that I must use night deposit service because they are instructed to do only 1 deposit at a time. I asked her that I do not know about above rule. So can you please do it today 2 more business deposit but she denied. It is frustrating.

A girl named amandeep deal with us very quickly and she was very nice and this is the first person who did a good and fast service with us.

My brother recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with CIBC Bank on Parsons Road in Edmonton, and I feel compelled to share his disappointment and dissatisfaction with their services. The incident in question involved the loss of his debit card, and the treatment he received from the bank's employees was nothing short of non-cooperative and mentally harassing.

From the moment he reported the loss of his debit card, the employees at this branch seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Instead of providing the support and guidance one would expect from a banking institution, they displayed a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. He was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude, which only exacerbated his stress and anxiety during this already difficult situation.

Not only did the employees fail to assist him in a timely manner, but they also exhibited behavior that can only be described as mental harassment. Their condescending tone and disrespectful remarks made him feel belittled and unheard. It is completely unacceptable for any establishment, especially a bank, to subject their customers to such mistreatment.

I understand that mistakes happen and that the loss of a debit card can be inconvenient, but it is the responsibility of the bank to handle such situations with care and understanding. Unfortunately, CIBC Bank on Parsons Road failed miserably in this regard. Their lack of cooperation and the mental harassment my brother endured during this ordeal left him deeply disappointed and questioning their commitment to customer service.

I strongly urge anyone considering banking with CIBC on Parsons Road to think twice. The disregard for customer satisfaction and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by their employees is simply unacceptable. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and provide the necessary support during challenging times. Regrettably, CIBC Bank on Parsons Road failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service.

In light of his experience, my brother will be exploring alternative banking options that prioritize their customers' well-being and satisfaction. CIBC Bank on Parsons Road, you have lost a once-loyal customer, and I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for you to reassess your approach to customer service.

Would not recommend this branch. During an appointment to open a Debit account, they applied for a credit card without ANY consent and let us know at the end that "it" should be arriving in the mail. Already bank with other banks, just needed to open a Chequing account for direct deposit for a new job. Criminal behavior in my eyes.

Went in to get my payroll check cashed. Was helped by a girl named Jassi I believe. So unbelievably rude. I am not the type to leave reviews but this was next level. All I brought up was the fact that there was no sign to let customer know that teller services had closed early at this branch or that maybe the website should be updated so that customers don’t come all the way for nothing. She proceeded to say “ watch ur tone, I am a human being and I don’t like to be spoken to that way. If I have helped you you are free to leave now. I’ve provided the services you need. ” I stated that I just wanted to let her know and was not trying to be rude and she continuously shut me down. It was unbelievable. I don’t know how she has a job with customer service.

Attended this branch to close some accounts I wasn’t using. The teller I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. I was done in about 15 minutes.

The 5 stars is specifically for the service I recieve from Nemat. She gives exceptional customer service! Always friendly and is always saying hello even if I don't end up at her counter. Normally I don't prefer this branch but her assistance is the best and greatly appreciated. Thank you Nemat!

Worst customer service, and major training needed, tried to get my money with a bank draft, and they want to hold it for 5 days

Worst branch ever. The accounter does not listen to the customer's asking and only talks about what she wants to say. She told me that call to customer center.

Excellent services with humble attitude towards customer. Nemat and staff is so friendly and sweet spoken.

Definitely loved it best staff definitely can have improvment but it is far better than the other ones I have seen
