Not sure, how this Bank is operating with limited resources, non-Informative Tellers at front desk and worst Customer service all the time. If u can’t provide the proper service please shut it down or hire someone who are helpful. Highly Disappointed with the staff at this facility
Best customer service.i had recently good experience. Their teller services was even closed but still they helped me out to order my cheques. 10 out of 10. Keep it up.
Don’t bother booking an appointment and expecting to be seen on time. Called us five min before our appointment asking if we can come in half an hour instead. When we said we were already here, she said it will take no more than 10 min. Been waiting for over 30 now.
Very unprofessional and Shallu, the financial advisor if you can call her that, had a bad attitude and didn’t seem to know what she was talking about. The branch never feels welcoming.
Terrible service from Shallu, First she phoned at 6: 30 at nite and left a message saying their was a problem. Phoned back in the morning and said oh it was a mistake, I said Ok will you par my visa, she stumbled around and said no pay it on line. I told this to the manage and she actually told me that wasn't her, Then who was I talking too? These people are Liars and should not be handling are money! I hope Toronto phones me and does domething about this poor level of customer service!
Huzefa Haveliwala Was very helpful in helping me open up a savings and chequing account after switching from RBC. Overall very good service from him and much better deals in both savings accounts and deals for youth under 25 compared to RBC and BMO.
