Useless staff, very long waiting time. They just has 2 client service representative in front desk and they are so slow.

Madhuri Beshakrao was very helpful in helping me set up multiple savings accounts and solving an issue I was having with getting a credit card. She also provided good explanations on anything I wasn’t sure of. If she is your advisor trust that she will go above and beyond to help you with anything you want to do.

Came to do a business credit card and my Advisor Baha Saleh was able to help me through the process and answered all my questions. Definitely a great advisor to have!

They love to chat. It's great when you're in a line up to the door and only 2 tellers. A little less talking and more banking. Waiting in line for 25 minutes and still in line is ridiculous!

Baha has been my advisor for long time and he always delivers, if u want to see someone who is knowledgeable and provides good service go to Baha, won't be disappointed

Excellect Service, It took quite a lot of effort to fix my issue with ID. The branch manager and teller did not give up until my issue was resolved. A great branch to complete you banking needs.

I needed to withdraw some money with a variety of bills, I came to this CIBC branch (16135 97 Street, Edmonton) on on Dec 29,2022 around 12: 30pm, after being treated rudely at an other CIBC branch. The ladies at front counter listened to my needs and put in extra effort to find new bills for me. Greatly appreciated!
