CIBC Branch with ATM

Worst branch ever. Because of an incompetent advisor my girlfriend is out $19,000. Neglected to tell her everything that was going on. Gave her the run around for weeks. He goes by Christian. That is not his name. Do not use him if you use this bank. Wish I could leave zero stars

Terribly slow service, they are always understaffed! We spend almost 35 min waiting with 3 people in front of us! Not worth coming here.

Terrible customer service if you want to call in and do not know an exact extensions. YOu leave a message and in the general mail box and no-one calls you back. Just terrible. Be nice if you can press zero and a person answers the phone but nope.

The hours online don’t match the hours that they are open. Very easy thing to fix and yet they don’t do it. Just shows how much they care about customers
