CIBC Branch with ATM

It took me 1/2 house to get $20US.
Inexperience stuff. Bad time management

Cannot even give it one star.very bad customer service with rude and lazy staff. Every time I visited, there was always a lineup, and I had to wait at least 45 minutes to receive services. A few days ago, I needed some information and left a message for the Branch Business Advisor, but she did not call me back. Poor service.

Absolutely awful experience. I came in with my friend who is in a wheelchair and she was treated like absolute dirt. The teller was rude, impatient, and refused to speak to her even tho she was totally capable of speaking herself. She then said “I don’t feel comfortable with this situation” because she was in wheelchair. This bank branch displayed discrimination and unfair treatment of someone with a disability.
