CIBC Branch with ATM

Worst service staff please dont come to this location. There is philipines staff they are not even trying to do there work. Please be responsible what you paid for

Completely useless branch full of uncooperative employees who will refuse to help out.
I was in problem because of stupid situation created by the bank itself but still they won’t even try to solve it although I was instructed to go to the branch by to solve this issue by customer service itself.

I came to cibc to set up a tax free account and Amal told me that it would be better to put my money in a TFSA and that u would be able to pull out the money at anytime. And now I'm going to take My money out because of an emergency and now they are telling me I can't take My money, and that I need to wait another year in order for me to get My money and I bought a house and now I can't use my money to Pay it off. And my name now might go to bankruptcy because of Amal Desouki then I went to the manager and told him the issue and told me that he would call me soon and then never called me back and I went to the bank to talk to him. And he told me that he has no time for me and wouldn't set up an appointment for me and the manager name is Kristofer Salat so they forced me to take money from my wife. This bank they lie to you and terrible customer service and they are always angry and they like to fool people for their own good. It was a big mistake bringing customers to this bank because after this incident we will all be canceling our bank accounts from cibc

Dont deal with Mrs Amandeep Kaur! We ordered a credit card from Mrs Kaur, which never arrived. And Mrs Kaur started to ignore our messages and finaly told that we never came to apply for a credit card.

Can't even use the ATM in the evening because people are camping inside the entrance. Last thing I want is to take out cash and get mugged. P This branch needs to implement a debit card swipe after business hours like back in the 90s 2000s. Going to East Hills CIBC from now on.

Sidewalks are only cleared in front, never down the sides. People in power chairs and wheel chairs cannot access the bank from the bus stop.

The bank is small. But they tend to go through the line pretty quick.
The tellers are some what friendly but could use a bit of refining?

I came into the branch twice and it was very busy both times as it was a Friday afternoon. Well I had to get my banking done so I got into line and figured out the reason why it was so busy. The bank only had two tellers on. The poor tellers were very busy with no end in sight. CIBC, you need more tellers for Friday afternoons.

This bank is terrible. Dont even waste your time just go to another branch. One in sunridge and thers one in inglewood that has a machine you can no envelope cash deposit (as does the sunridge one). Most of the tellers are rude, even the manager is rude and judgmental to me.still dont know why (look me up and down and snarl) srsly! Its friday and there is one teller and a line up out the door practically. They should demolish this one and give the people who come here better services. They have little mockup library's at cibc branches in the "rich" suburb neightbourhoods. My goodness cibc time to put your money where your bank is.

This is without a doubt the worst branch in Calgary. Always understaffed, they don't care about their members and the whole place gives you a very unwanted feeling. I give 1 star cause zero star is not an option.

Horrible customer service. Waited there for 10 minutes with no help whatsoever. I don’t recommend this branch to anyone!

Most helpful bank. I opened an account and Mooj Faridi was very helpful and genuinely loves his job. He was helpful and professional. I'm not a big liker of banks, but he made the experience great. It is a smaller branch and I can see lines being abit of a problem, but everyone I dealt with there have been extreamley polite and professional. Thanks for the help.

Very Poor customer service from staff to management. I will be very respectful and not mention any names. But management need to do better as far as accommodating customers. CIBC needs to do better.

Worst bank in the world, long wait times inknowledgeable staff. Just moved to Calgary and came to this location because I lost my card. I managed to get a new card.only problem they linked my new card to a different account. They kept my old card active so someone could of potentially stole my money. I had this card for 11 days because I knew how much money I had and I wasn’t spending as much. Day 9 (Sunday) I went to log into online and was told to go into branch by telephone bank to go in so they could unlink the account so the online banking would work, they then proceeded to tell me that it was someone else’s account, and then told me I spent 3 grand of someone else’s money when I was being careful about how much i was spending because I knew I had $900 in my account. They expect me to pay ithe back instead of owning up to their mistake and writing it off as insurance, the girl still works here! So beware. So I have been banking with cibc for over 20 years. I got a new account at a different bank. I’m closing my stuff from here
