Cineplex Cinemas Sherwood Park

Had to waid for 30 minutes to get my food while my movie was still going on.

I came to know from customer service team that they charged me extra for my food.

We recently held our 2 of our son's birthday parties here. We decided to take them and some of their friends to watch the new Pixar movie, Elemental. The party room is nice and large with room for all 14 kids. We brought our own cupcakes and they stored it in their fridge for us during the movie. We were able to put the rest of our stuff in the party room and was appropriately locked to keep our belongings safe. They took our popcorn and drink order from all of us, and then helped us bring all the food and drink to the theatre where the kids were seated. After the movie we went back to the party room for cupcakes and presents. They had a tv in the party room so the kids could watch something as we got stuff ready. Seats in our theatre were awesome. Comfy recliners and all the kids loved it.

Most of all, we want to say a BIG thank you to Kendra. She helped us with everything from our drink orders, handing out food, to helping us decorate the room and getting things organized. The kids were a handful and she did her best to help calm everyone down. She safeguarded all the cupcakes and cookies so the kids didn't steal any. We cannot express how much we appreciated her and all the help she did for us. We hope someone sees this and let's her know how grateful we are.

Nice theater. As with all, it's overpriced and the parent company has gotten stingy with scene points.

It's easy to get to and not too busy. I'd suggest a change to their kiosk layout. People stand and block access to the line of self purchase ones because they don't realize that they can use them. If there was signage to direct people to two separate lines, for the self help ones or the till, it would speed up the process. The theatres are comfortable and service is pleasant.

Dirty and unfriendly. Never been to a theatre where the standards were this low. Save yourself a wasted night and go to a theatre in Edmonton.

Chairs don't even have a reclining back, what are we even paying for?

Came for the popcorn. Left with a 10 dollar bag of maybe 50 cents worth of ingredients. Worth it (sorta)

The cost of food and drink puts me off more than the cost of the movie. I rarely go to movie theaters anymore because of that. Every couple months I take my kids as a special treat but always shake my head at what a rip-off it is. I certainly don't blame people for pirating movies. Maybe if it was affordable people wouldn't bother.

People wouldn't stop whispering during the most suspenseful parts 3/5 they shouldn't have been let in

Hello everyone was here yesterday an the place was ok staff nice, but the games where trash I’m an old gamer an was their to spend my money an play some games the games are so out dated an half the games don’t work so we just gave our tokens to some kids an went to our movie it was not that busy

The show quality and sound are good and the lighting also. I gave 3 stars, because the seats are so uncomfortable and you have to constantly reposition yourself to be comfortable

Easiest birthday party ever. The manager was very easy to book with and on the day of the party staff was helpful and made sure everything was looked after.

Entry was OK, Theater was OK but the women's bathroom wasn't close to clean. At least the service was quick and the popcorn was fresh!

Located in Sherwood Park Mall, at the North end, this Cineplex is not as massive as the big city complexes, but I think mine theatres is plenty.

Parking is plentiful and free, and the concessions are well staffed. Staff is friendly and competent.

I guess it would be a pretty dated theatre. It's pretty convienant if you live in the sherwood area and parking is really good. Of course like every theatre, it's very over priced. The seats were also very uncomfortable.

One of the few places where staff go out of their way to assist customers. Clean theaters, and reasonable pricing.

Very nice alternative to the busy city theaters. Large and uncrowded. Take advantage of this while its still around!

Pretty good theater! The front desk ticket staff was super helpful, but the girl who takes the tickets seemed like she didn't want to be there.

The theatre was clean the lady selling tickets was very nice and the guy selling popcorn was nice what more could you ask for

It's a movie theater expect 15$ for the movie and 35$ for popcorn and pop that or just bring your own stuff like a normal person clean helpful just nothing special.

Booked with Melissa for my son's Xbox party. It was a terrible experience from the start. She was rude, uninformative, and extremely unpleasant to deal with on the phone. The day of the actual party, our hosts, Victoria and Derek were VERY pleasant and helpful.
We had pre-ordered pizza's (3 days before) to be informed 30mins before our party ended that "their oven was broken" and none of the pizza's were coming out cooked. I was offered hot dogs as a replacement, which I said I was not paying for as this should have been brought to my attention sooner.
Have not been contacted and Melissa was nowhere to be found at the time of the party.
NEVER WILL BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!

I heard a girl was bitten by a mouse here. Very disgusting! I wouldn't prefer anyone to come to this theatre.

We got there early so we thought we would play in the arcade. Played 3 games and only the air hockey table worked

I'm always here and I can say that this place had excellent service, shows great movies, and has some delicious popcorn.

The AUX theatre is a lot more enjoyable. But I don't really think that it's worth the price. Meh. At least the theatre wasn't busy at all today. Id normally expect a Sunday afternoon to be a lot more busy. So that was appreciated:)

Staff is unfriendly; and not tracking how scene points work. Had to come here because the Manning theatre didn’t have a showtime that worked for us, won’t be back.

Mouse bit the back of a girls foot one night as well as if you try to use recently purchased coupons they most likely won't be redeemable because "somebody that doesnt exist used it at a VIP theater approximately 4 months ago" after scanning they're supposed to tear half off and leave the concession half so how would I have a full ticket if it was supposedly used manager didnt do anything to compensate terrible management and custom service wont be back

An older theater but has the newest movies. Staff is usually young teenagers and they are always really outgoing and kind.
It's a bit dirty sometimes but the seating area is usually well cleaned.
