Was there for a private playing of Elf for less than 20 other family members. The staff and management were fantastic and very helpful. This might be the new way to see movies going forward. A great experience.

Great customer service but in this covid19 times, seating arrangements could be better.
Some of the seats were not operating properly.

Went here this last sunday and went to the concession to get popcorn and watched the cashier serve half a dozen people in front of me with no gloves and without washing or sanitizing her hands.when i asked her to wear gloves she said she didnt need to.i saw her manager there so i suggested he have his staff wear gloves or sanitize hands during covid.manager says its only airborne and so there is nothing to worry about, and that its the employees choice wether or not to wear gloves, that they are all required to hand wash.threw my popcorn in the garbage. Gross! The theater was alright though.

I can't fricken believe your can rent out an entire movie theatre for like 120$ and invite 20 friends to watch in recliners. What a great idea for them to still make a couple bucks while remaining safe. Great idea for Covid bdays or just getting out of the house.

Disgusted with the service. I misordered tickets (booked for an incorrect date). Within a minute I was calling to correct the situation. After shuffling through endless robot menus and bring told to dial separate numbers I was finally able to leave a voice mail.

Multiple have been left and it has been several days. I have yet to receive a call back.

Do not waste your money on this greedy chain. In times like these I would expect more.

I got a mid-day reservation for the Avengers Endgame because of that the place wasn't very clean and the seating were not cleaned nor properly sanitized, the food was amazing and tasty.
The glasses for 3d were very foggy but the employee gave us new ones but amazing factor are the staff are kind and not sidetracked.

Watched TENET. NOW FEELS LIKE THIS. Overall the cineplex was really clean and they maintained social distance.even gives free coke nd popcorn and masks too.really happy with the service

Great time to see a movie. Clean and empty. No line up's for popcorn. Everything was very good sanitary

This is probably the best Cinema I have been to. The seats are great, a good size, they recline, it's clean, it's never been too busy. The popcorn is vegan which is great, however I was a bit disappointed to find that their deals don't include vegan snacks and you have to pay extra for those.

Lots of parking, very clean, decent cineplex arcade room. They opened again after closing because of covid. All staff was wearing masks and there's lot of social distancing rules in effect.

I love how much space is between the rows of seating. Very comfortable to sit the whole movie, without others stepping on my toes or me having to squish against my seat to allow others to go by! Good job

Will avoid this particular location due to poor handling of a situation with failed 3d showing of movie

This place is pretty nice, defintely my favourite theatre to go to! It has nice chairs and a very clean and easy to navigate space! The only downside is honestly the customers. Numerous times ive been held up or had my movie interrupted by a guest. The people who visit this place are almost always super rude, loud, and slow. But the upside is if you treat the staff with respect theyre more than likely to make your experience twice and nice!

Place was clean! Prices were good. Popcorn was a little stale but what can you expect when it's been prebagged and put in a warming cabinet probably for an hour or so.
