CIR is a great place to go if you want peace of mind with your rental property. The team of ladies is a well oiled machine and great at what they do.

Wish i could give this zero star.
First off, they took my drivers license an SIN they messed up the number and didn't get my credit checked for 3 weeks saying i had no credit.saying i'm at fault.therefore making us stay 3 weeks more at hotel.
Moved in 10 days early got charged 1000.00 extra (our rent was 2000,00 per month) stairs were extremely dirty and stained.had holes in walls from picture and the said we need to patch. Didn't get our mail box key for 2 months. They didn't tell us a basement tenant moved in. This tenant moved in at 1Am on Sunday and i was ready to call the cops. We pay 100.00 a month for a dog fee, moved in and the grass was 65% and now they're trying to get us to pay for new sod.backyard is 10x10 feet.we have pictures to prove it. They made us pay for cleaners 400,00. It's been 15 days and waiting for our deposit back (new people already have moved in) if we get charged for new sod i'm wanting to go to small claims court.
