I most of the time go to this location and I have to say this location gives the worst customer service in Canada.every time I go here the staff if I’m their personal cell phones talking rather than helping the customer or have any care for customer service.staff get rude and bothered when you go up to pay or ask a question, it’s like they don’t want you there. I have made complaints to the manager and to head office about this and they just don’t care to fix this problem, and because of that I have now decided never to shop here ever again.

Everytime I go here, either me or someone in my household (6 different people) are either getting ripped off, like my young daughter doesnt know how to count change EVERYTIME, or their being rude, getting impatient with how long I look or decide on things, or CHARGE MY CARD TWICE. Not just once in a while, every single experience here is unpleasant. This store at this location is ridiculous and should be looked into or shut down. Smh

Love the service, great display of products. Excellent coffee, best in the neighborhood. It was an honour to be served. Forsure a regular customer. Thank you. RS

At 7 pm on nov 27 the worker was not wearing a mask, when we mentioned he was not wearing one he being swearing at us and giving us the middle finger and screamed at us to leave the store.
