You know, I miss the old people that work here. Now the staff have switched its a mess, and they are just plain rude. It baffles me as well that they who they are buddies with, let them use the facilities as as a shopper as myself can’t use them and just use the excuse everytime ‘it’s out of service’ yet you see people use the washroom but they just pick and choose. Absolutely absurd.

The cashier here has repeatedly been rude, has gotten upset at me for grabbing chips and “messing up his display”, he’s also repeatedly been sleeping on the job and has made me pay when the computer has given me my free slurpee from the loyalty program. When I confronted him he just said “that I was wrong and that the computer didn’t say anything”, this guy needs to be held accountable because he is losing customers and is known by people in the community to be rude and ignorant.

Recently purchased a jug of milk with an expiry date that said the milk was still good for over a week, open it to smell and taste the milk was extremely sour, went back 5 min later to be told he can not do anything because he said” what do I tell my manager” and refused to help.

Rude customer service. I used to stop by to fill gas and buy some drinks, snacks, and lotto tickets whenever I came around, but after my recent unexpected annoying customer service that I experienced, I decided not to come around for anything. I was there to buy lotto ticket and I handed over to the clerk my own lotto max selection and asked also to give me another quick pick with extra and after he printed the tickets and while I was preparing to make payment, he suddenly said you confused me, when I tried to clarify what I had ordered, he started to speak over and over me without showing any willingness to listen. He was the one who said you confused me, so if someone confused he/she must ask again for clarification not talking over the people in a disrespectful manner. Personal problems should not be brought to piazza!

Love this Macs. All employees friendly and helpful. Love Polar pops. Love their pizza especially the chicken pesto. They keep the place clean and well stocked. Impressed with management. We come in 3 or 4 times a week for various treats.
