Was directed here by my family doctor Simeon Efenure of Acadia Medical clinic for my son's circumcision.he told me he used here for his son and refers most of his patients here.
There was no long wait time because I was attended to 5 mins after i arrived.the procedure was swift and painless for my son, no aftermath bleeding and there was adequate follow up to be sure he was healing properly.am definitely recommending to anyone for circumcision going forward

Dr. Peters has been my doctor for a few years now and I’m so incredibly lucky to have her on my side as an advocate for my health. Have been a patient of Doctor Greyvenstein for 16 years now. He is a wonderful doctor, and I feel very lucky to have him and his staff caring for my medical needs.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Chandler for many years, at Circle Medical. I'm not sure why I didn't write a review sooner, because Dr Chandler and the Circle Medical staff are amazing. Dr Chandler is great with my son, and always takes the time needed in an appointment. She is kind and caring at every appointment. They also have been wonderful at accommodating us on very short notice, in emergency situations.

Just had a circumcision performed here. The staff were absolutely LOVELY! The doctor was thorough and professional. I had full confidence in him and the nurse, Monique. I highly recommend this place. The doctor asked if there was anything they could do differently to make the experience better and I had no criticisms. I love that they take deposits online, other places I’d checked with wanted the entire payment upfront over the phone. It seemed rather outdated.
The instructions are all super easy to follow and the booking process was very easy. Honestly, give this place your business, you won’t regret it.

Incredible Physicians, nursing and allied health staff. Admin staff extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Millar has the most wonderful bedside manner: kind, caring, professional while still personable, up-to-date on medical treatments and therapies. She treats you as an individual, takes time to review your issues, and cares about you as a person. Dr. Millar is truly a one-in-a-million Physician who sets a standard to which other primary care physicians should be measured against. Very lucky to have found this clinic.

Customer service is arrogant and rude when answering questions on the phone. Not accommodating.

Proffessional Service and Care of Dr.s and female receptionist are great. The bad service call I got is from a Josh who does some of the calls and clearly unprofessional, rude. Calling patients who are minors instead of looking for the Parents. Called their Ofc but their lines are busy.

We were not thrilled that we had to visit a lactation specialist as we thought we would breast feed our little one, but we feel very lucky that this is the place that we were referred to as they took really good care of us. We dealt with two different Doctors (I cannot remember their names) and they were both fantastic, and very supportive. The staff was also always super nice and kind and they helped us through a rocky time with our little one, so we are very grateful. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Chandler is great! She takes care of my entire family, and we are so grateful for her! I adore most of the front desk staff! They are so great! There were a few mishaps that have occurred during my 10 years of going to this clinic, but all in all, fantastic clinic!

I saw Dr Peters yesterday for help with breastfeeding my newborn. I had almost given up on the idea of breastfeeding, but after leaving the Dr’s office I felt so much more confident. This clinic is a 30-40 minute drive from me but it is worth the drive.

Dr. Greyvenstein and his staff were very accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and showed genuine care to our family.
Would definitely recommend this Dr. ’s office if you are looking for medical services.

I am so thankful to Dr Chandler! She has been a blessing for me and my baby with our breastfeeding journey. Honestly she has the most caring and understanding personality and genuinely wants to help in every way possible. I would recommend her to anyone looking for lactation help or help with breastfeeding. She really knows her stuff! The clinic has always been clean and the front desk girls are always pleasant and greet you right away!

Dr. Peters is a amazing human. She took the extra time to talk to me and help me understand everything. I don’t particularly like going to the doctors office but Dr. Peters made me feel extremely comfortable.
The front staff were also great. They sent a email booking that I easily added to my calendar. They also phoned the day before to make sure I knew about the upcoming appointment.

There are some really nice receptionists but one who is extremely rude and there's just no need for it. Not sure why she's working at a place that deals with pregnancy and people with new babies. She was extremely rude and snappy when we called to just ask a few questions.

After reading the comments and ratings here, I was a bit scared about my first visit to this clinic. I was late to my appointment (completely my own fault), but I was still greeted by a friendly receptionist, who brought me in immediately for my appointment. The clinic has free parking, and inside there is loads of seating with a large waiting room, so you're not sitting right on top of other people. The clinic was clean, everyone was friendly, and Dr. Landy is scheduled in a way where you're not sitting and waiting for her. Even though I was late, Dr. Landy didn't make our appointment feel rushed. She was caring, understanding, and very knowledgeable.

I am so glad that found Dr Peters, she is a kind, caring person, takes time to explains every time.
I have been seen a few doctor before but all of them just take as a business, no more then 15 minutes for each patient, some of then 10 minutes is the maximum to see a patient. And all of them are cold.

The doctor we have is super awsome and great to us. The reception is a very big hit or miss. When you call to ask questions or to confirm about appointments. There are two ladies who are completely and utterly rude, it makes it so I don't want to go there, but our doctor is great so we will keep going for now. There is one receptionist who has always been nice but we barley get her when we call in. Because of the very rude receptionists I would not recommend anyone to come here. And when we are in for the next appointment I will be making a complaint.

I was referred here by a public health nurse. I was weary about the negative reviews but went ahead with visiting the clinic.

Do not waste your time here. As mentioned in many other reviews the front staff are rude. They’d rather talk about their weekend plans than greet patients.
The rooms are ridiculously small. A car seat, diaper bag and parka will leave just enough room for a patient and the doctor.
As for my experience with the doctor, there was a lot of “it could be this”, “maybe this”, “can’t be sure”. I left the clinic realizing that I was not assisted for the condition in came in for. I was dumbfounded. I called the public health nurse and explained my dislike of this clinic. I was referred to another clinic that was much further away but absolutely worth the drive.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!
Very rude and careless reception lady who booked us for 6: 30 pm and told my wife who just had a C-section to "come in 15 mins before your appointment and if you are any later than that the doctor will not see you! "
And we show up 20 mins earlier than the appointment with a very hungry baby (the reception lady told us to not feed baby before come in), we ask the reception if we can see the doctor sooner than later, and the careless receptionist told us "well, your appointment is at 6: 30. " and we waited for almost a hour untill we see the doctor. Imagine how a newborn less than a week screams for food.
The room is very very narrow, smaller than any other client I've ever been. The nurse put the baby weight device on the countertop below a cabinet, sharp edges all over the room, almost designed for accidents.
The only positive part is Dr. Miller is friendly and resourceful.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, and with all the nagtive reviews I'm not sure why Alberta health recommend this place for newborns and how it's still in business.

I was refered to this place by my family doctor to treat migraine's and hopefully stop relying on pill's and medication, the consult lasted all of 5 minutes and it was obvious that unless you want botox for cosmetic reasons and willing to pay the cost they will not help you. I give this place 1 out of 5 stars only because i cant give them 0 stars.
If your refered to this place by your family doctor, dont waste your time and get a second opinion.

Had our sons circumcision done here and must say very professional.they took good care and my son healed up very quick with no issues. I would recommend if you are looking to get this done.

You wouldn't go to a 3 star resort in the Bahamas so I wouldn't trust your families health and well being with Circle's 3 star average.

They were confrontational with a previous review I left on FB, calling past customers trolls. So here you go. Here is the feedback

CIRCLE MEDICAL IS NOT RECOMMENDED

My wife and I found out we were having a girl and in our celebration dance we both realized we DO NOT have to deal with Circle Medical. We were STOKED that we didn't have to call and deal with the worlds worst service. The receptionist my wife spoke to the very last time was insanely rude. She was speaking to my wife in a way that no customer should ever be spoken to. She was not understanding, she was extremely rude, she was shouting at my wife. This was before anything even went sour. The reception seemed moody and would not help with booking our son in, she flat out hung up on my wife. Then we tried to call back, even from a different number to try and approach it from a nicer angle and the receptionist continued to hang up on us. How many other customers did she hang up on thinking it was us?

This was such a sour experience. Never in my life have I seen such horrible customer service. Ive never seen a business NOT care about their customers needs as much as Circle Medical.

I decided to repost because that's how bad of an experience it was. And if I can prevent other families from giving you the business and experiencing the rudeness of your service, then I've done my part.

Looks like there are a lot of 'trolls' who agree with my feedback though. Wouldn't you agree? Just go through and read your feedback. Its all about how bad your customer service is, how rude it is, and your reviews provide support for what I am claiming above.

Any potential customer reading this is welcome to PM me and I will share other top rated doctors recommended and/or give more details as to why to avoid Circle.

Thus far I don't think I have waited for Dr. Greyvenstein for more than a few minutes. He is polite, fast and efficient. Limited preamble as we both are there to get the job done. I prefer this to spending countless time in a waiting room only to have a rushed 'pleasantries conversation' and be late for my next meetings.:)

Cannot recommend. You would think that a clinic dealing with new mothers would understand that sometimes you cannot make an appointment due to a hysterical baby. Instead they just blacklist you and mail you a bill on your first strike. I understand this is a business but a little compassion goes a long way.

This is the best medical office I have been to! Dr. Millar looks after our little family and I feel like she really pays attention to us and is incredibly knowledgeable. She's fantastic with the kid. I can't believe how lucky we are that we got into this place.
