We had Citrus Cleaning coming in to do a deep clean recently and they did an excellent job! I don't think our baseboards have ever been so clean. We also had them do some extras like washing the windows, which desperately needed to be done, and there wasn't a trace of dust or dirt left behind. They were also really friendly and quick to respond. I would happily hire them again.

We had Citrus Cleaning clean the gutters of our house and detached garage. Very responsive to any communications and provided quote right away that was reasonable. They completed the work very thoroughly and emailed us pictures of the gutters after cleaning. Amazing job and very professional all round, would definitely use Olga and her team at Citrus Cleaning again in the future!

The last few months we've run into quality issues in the cleaning done. So dissapointing. Citrus doesn't appear to have alignment in cleaning standards with their staff, so results vary a lot. I never know what I am going to get. We've decided to part ways. This is just not a reliable service. I reported these issues and the solution was not amicable. I didn't expect this after using this service for so many years. It's been a six months of hit and miss cleaning. I'd suggest looking at a different company before this one.
I just saw the reply from the owner below. I had to ask them to stop emailing me as they were upset that I left a review and were becoming pretty sour. My review stays.

I've tried 2 or 3 other cleaning services before Citrus Cleaning and Citrus Cleaning is night and day different from the other companies. Most companies focus on floors and bathrooms and not much else. Citrus cleans so much more. I've had Barb since March and every time she comes, my house is jaw dropping clean. She cleans it better than I could do myself. She works flat out for 4 hours. She's incredible. It is such a relief to find a really good cleaning company. The owner is awesome too and very responsive to emails. I've had Citrus also clean out my gutters and do a move out clean. Always do an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

Olga's service was recommended to my family by a trusted mom-friend at school. I was so happy and relieved to have found such great quality of service quickly, in 2019. We've had multiple cleaning services in our home, and Citrus Cleaning does an amazingly clean job. At the start, our four young children were in school and my husband was undergoing chemotherapy and other cancer treatments. I really needed the extra help and resulting "extra" time. Olga is very professional. Her staff is very thorough and responsive. The whole team is flexible to our needs. For example, it works better for us for her team to skip the kitchen (I am constantly using the kitchen during the day), so the team adjusted. If I needed a schedule change, they adjusted. And, the team worked around two pre-schoolers at home in the afternoon, plus my convalescing husband at home. Despite the customization challenges my family posed, the team was thorough, kind, cheerful, and industrious. I would happily recommend Citrus Cleaning to friends and relatives. I've used Citrus Cleaning for a couple of years now. They are excellent and detailed. Olga had checked in with me to make sure her team was meeting my expectations and she is very easy to deal with. They also are competitive on cost and perform as well as a more expensive company. They actually go beyond expectations. Recently one of the cleaners broke a glass. She replaced the broken glass with a set of two which were delivered within AN HOUR! I highly recommend their services.

After being cancelled on twice by another reputable cleaning company in Calgary, I reached out to Sergey at Citrus Cleaning. I requested a pretty rushed last minute appointment but unfortunately their schedule was pretty booked up. Sergey offered to add me to a waitlist in case something opened up/ they were done early on another job. I received a text that same day that they were able to squeeze me in and they did a great job! Would highly recommend- the quote was also spot on with the final price.
