City Best Auto Centre

Had no problems at city best auto. I went in for a provincial inspection and they were able to get me in same day. Ended up needing a new battery (I already knew this) and they offered me two different prices. I am happy with the service I received here and would stop by again for car maintenance.

I am absolutely disappointed with service of my car. They charged $900 and didn't fix the problem.

They keep you waiting for long hours even I’ve been told 2 hours but I ended up 4 hours.
Generally I will never come back here.
I don’t recommend any one to come here.
I went to another mechanic besides them and they were super nice.
I wish that I have read people reviews before coming here.
I paid more than average about 200$ more compared to other mechanics.

Called to see if I needed an appointment to change over to winter tires. Was told I needed appointment so I made one. 2 1/2 hours later they finally finished. Un believeable. 2 1/2 hours to put winter tires on. What's the point of making an appointment? I'm afraid I'd still be there if I didn't make an appointment.

These guys are honest hard working folks. They have always been upfront and treated me well. A lot of customers come with mentality I should be served as soon as I enter the door, and don’t get me wrong these guys do there best but waiting at times is not end of the world for the level of service and price they provide. Love these guys and I have used a lot of shops around Calgary and let me tell you these guys are by miles reliable and good people.

They did out of province inspection of my car at very reasonable price and within hour i got my paper. Highly recommend.

Went there for Uber inspection and overall checking of the car.the staff over there especially Harpreet did a very good job helping me throughout the process of inspection. I will definitely recommend it.

Worst experience ever. Took an appointment to change the tires of my car. I waited there for more than 2 hours to change them. Then whats the point in taking appointments. Please dont take appointments here it doesn't work. They never apoligize for the delays occured. I feel better places are there in calgary.

The owner is Sikh Indian, most Sikh Indians I've known of are very nice, maybe because of their strong beliefs in their religion
