I was driving into GP when I was pulled over for no tail lights. All the rest were working but was requested by RCMP to get them fixed asap. Called City Automotive and explained my situation and they said come in right now for we are closed at noon and it was already 10: 30am. I went straight to the shop and they had the problem diagnosed and fixed and I was out of there in 20 min. The staff were so courteous and helpful, even got me a coffee while I waited. City Automotive thank you and you have just got yourself a new customer! Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!

They let me supply my own parts and installed them for me. They came in under their originally quoted price as well.

My heater died, made a call & within 24 hours had a new heater motor! Always pleased with their service. Excellent!

I've been going there for over a decade for repairs. They've always been honest and transparent with me over the years. I'd day more often than not they've tried to keep repairs and scope affordable and minimal for me, rather than trying to upsell or scare me into more work. They also have no issues when I turn some things down. They only recommend repairs for things that are unsafe or worn out. Haven't had issues with any of their work to date.

My wife was in GP for the day and had a bit of car trouble. Ed took great care of her and fixed what was needed. Great service.

We where traveling with our RV thru Montana Alberta further up to Anchorage, we had some concerns about a squeaking noise from the (brakes or the transmission) we where camping in Jasper, on our way north called the shop to get an appointment 5/30 was very well received on the phone. Got an appointment for the following day early morning. Again very well they took on the RV started to investigate with the conclusion that it was not the brakes but two bearings that where going bad, so they where exchanged/ dismantling the transmission, Problem solved no more squeaking and brakes where Ok.
So we found that the boss and his team acted very professional and swift, was ready by mid day.and we could continue our trip with peace of mind.

Horrible experience. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR OUT OF PROVINCE INSPECTION! Brand new truck, was told by them it failed inspection and would be $700 to fix and then pay to re-inspect it! Took it to the dealership and it passed with zero work needing to be done! Never use them!
