I've been coming here for at least 8 years now and I'll keep coming here for as long as I've got teeth. If you're looking for an office with long-term, friendly and knowledgeable staff then this is where you need to be. I first came to them after 5 years of avoiding the dentist so I was in rough shape and needed a root canal. I couldn't have picked a better place as they made the operation smooth and painless for me, and have helped me get my teeth in proper shape over the last years with some incredibly helpful recommendations of dental care tools and methods. The staff are wonderful and it's always a treat to walk into the office and see the same folks year after year, and billing has always been a very smooth process.

Georgina is simply the best! A perfectionist with great attention to detail. And bonus points for a painless experience! We always look forward to our appointments with her. Thank you for being so amazing at your job!

I have been going to this place for about 10 years and I have never had a bad visit. The front desk staff is phenomenal and Georgina and Dr. Soin are the absolute best! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Place is phenomenal. Been looking for a good dentist my whole life. Finally found one. If you ever end up going here, ask for Jade. She is extremely good at her job and nice. So good that she deserves a raise. She will be the person I will be going to my whole life. I can tell a huuuge difference on my teeth after she worked on em. Trust me, save yourself a headache and go to this place and ask for Jade. Except get there like 2 hours earlier because that mall is a maze and impossible to find. Trust me, go here n ask for Jade, especially is you have anxiety or have had bad experiences with dentals in the past like I have.

Top notch dentist and dental hygienist. Professional and clean. Staff are friendly.
I would highly recommend City Center Dental for all your dental needs. It's actually a pleasure going to the dentist when you go to this place. I'm not sure about parking but bus and lrt are all there.

Been coming here since I lived downtown years ago. I've since moved far away but still make the journey to this dentist office. They do such good work and it's such a comfortable environment, it's hard to imagine ever going anywhere else to get my teeth cleaned.

I moved to Edmonton almost 5 years ago, and City Centre Dental was referred to me from a new colleague. This practice was close to my office and convenient. Now, working from home and living on the south side I still choose to make this my dental office! Jade is a wonderful hygienist and the office admin are always kind an pleasant! From beginning to end this was one of the most pleasant trips to the dentist I’ve ever had. The receptionist is probably the nicest lady I’ve ever met. My hygienist ensured my comfort and also taught me so much about my teeth and hygiene that nobody has taken the time do in all my years of going to the dentist, and Dr. Soin was awesome as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

By far the best dentist's office I've ever visited. I was too scared to go to the dentist for years (after having panic attacks during treatment many times), and Dr. Soin and her team have always gone out of their way to make things easier. Quality of care is top notch and everyone who works at the office is great.

I have been seeing Dr. Soin for a couple of years now. She and every member of her staff are amazing. She and her staff are so personable and caring about your individual situation. I would highly recommend her and her team. If you work downtown or even if you do not, this is the dentist you should be seeing.

A wonderful environment full of friendly people! Dr. Soin really takes care of her patients and makes them feel heard. My hygienist Georgina was the best one I've ever had! I'm very anxious about going to the dentist and she put all of my fears at ease within seconds of meeting her. She explained the process and reasoning behind every part of the check-up/cleaning I had and it was great. I would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a caring, calm and enjoyable environment! I've been with this clinic for almost a year and a half and I have nothing to say but positive things. Gone are the days of procrastinating to go to your regular dental check up, Georgina makes every experience memorable and exciting. Watch out for unexpected fees. Six months ago I was assured that my next cleaning wb covered, and I took this literally, but was charged an unexpected fee. Today the same thing happened after a filling. It would be nice if the receptionist is up-front and caution us about possible fees (which she didn't do - the short-haired receptionist). No wonder she couldn't make eye contact today. I've never experienced this at any other dental office.

I highly recommend City Centre Dental if you live or work in the downtown core. The service is outstanding. Georgina, Christina and Kerry are awesome.

My experience here was wonderful and easy from start to finish. This is a very well operated business with caring and friendly staff. Everyone that I encountered here, including the receptionist and dentist herself, were very kind and welcoming to me. My hygienist (Georgina) was exceptionally friendly and warm. She made sure to explain every step she was performing on me, and gave me helpful tips to take home. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great experience at the dentist's!

Dr. Soin and her team are great - patient and willing to take the time to explain to their patients the why's and the how's of what they do. I was specifically looking for a dentist for my children with the reputation of being gentle and Dr Soin met all of my expectations and then some.

I originally chose City Centre Dental due to the convenient location with working downtown.
I have been a patient for the last few years and would certainly recommend this clinic to others. Jade is a wonderful hygienist who is aware that going to the dentist causes anxiety for me and does all she can to put me at ease. During my most recent visit for a regular cleaning, Jade hand- scaled to avoid using the Cavitron (which is the worst part of any cleaning for me) —— I was seriously drowsing off! I also find that the staff do an amazing job explaining what something is/ what they are going to do which helps me understand what to expect and again, helps with anxiety. Georgina, Karen all of the staff are super friendly. All of them do a great job even the dentist who helped me was very helpful. They explain things in detail about oral hygiene and guide you through step by step.
Had some bad experiences at my old dental clinic about a year ago. My last dentist at another dental office told me, I had 50 cavities when I only have 32 teeth. Sounded ridiculous and I knew it was a lie.
But after doing a check up at City Center with the dentist they took care of me and were honest. Gave me services that I needed. Did things in my best interest. Put me first as a customer, accomodated my last minute request and tailored me a schedule that worked for me. I highly recommend them. Customer for life!
