Tennile and her sales manager took the time to find what I was looking for and delivered it within a week! I actually was also talking with other sales people from other dealerships and they claimed that it would take 3-6 months at least to get my Jeep because of the global chip shortage. They didn’t seem to have any real interest in finding me what I wanted. I also had the pleasure of one of those salesmen seeing me with my new Jeep! Don’t judge a book by its cover! We were moving to Medicine Hat from Osoyoos BC so thought what the heck might as well buy a new truck in Medicine Hat. NO PST. So looked at some vehicles and contacted Dave who was very helpful. I advised him when we would be in Medicine Hat house hunting trip and met up with him Tuesday morning. He showed me the trucks that might interest me, I picked out the RED PEARL RAM 155 CLASSIC WITH THE HEMI. I.had given him the particulars of my 2021 Chevy Colorado trade. He gave me a $$ figure and I said I will call my wife to make sure that is ok and then when my said concurred with me the deal was done. I would say 15 minutes TOPS. We knew what we wanted and what we wanted out of the Chevy. Dave got all the paperwork done, signed sealed and off I went. I was busy the next day so Thursday morning we picked up the NEW RAM, with the newly installed RUNNING BOARDS AND MOPAR TONNEAU cover. This was truly the BEST I have ever felt dealing at a car dealership. There was NEVER any pressure from Dave, he was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about everything and he gave us the best handing over the keys to us I have ever had. He sat and patiently explained all the CarPlay, phone hook up and what all the little gadgets do. WE WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. Thank you to Dave, his Sales Manager, the Parts fellow and also Troy the Finance guy. Everyone was very nice to deal with.

The service department here is amazing. The wheel on my Grand Cherokee came completely off while I was traveling from Calgary to Winnipeg. I had it towed to City Chrysler. Due to lack of inventory, finding another wheel was an ordeal - to say the least. Bill Hatter, the Manager of the Service Department, as well as the General Manager Warren Klein went above and beyond typical expectations. They made dozens of phone calls, checking every shop from here to Winnipeg until they came up with a solution to get me back on the road. The whole team was incredibly empathetic to my situation - a girl and her dog stranded on the Trans-Canada Highway. They went out of their way to be accommodating to not only me, but to him as well. All of the people here made us feel welcome and were very reassuring. If I resided within the community, these are the only people I would entrust my vehicle to.

We just purchased a 2019 Dodge Grande Caravan from City Plymouth Chrysler in Medicine Hat. The staff there were all very friendly, professional and helpful from the service dept, accounting dept, sale dept to the general manager. They went over the vehicle and all accessories in great detail. If we had any concerns, problems or needed more info they said to call or drop in immediately and they would assist us.
Also they had no problem taking our older vehicle in trade.
I would recommend to anyone to go there for their vehicle needs. Trevor, Travis and Warren were awesome to deal with.

People there are nice but did not provide or hid information from me resulting in a regrettable purchase on a remote buy of a 2015 used vehicle.when asking to go over details any dents, scratches, issues with the car (we tried a face-time but quality could not reveal what I easily found in person).

They identified:
- chip in window
- crack in cluster.
- seat belt buckle damage.
- we confirmed close up of small scratches and dents that I found from pictures.

They failed to reveal which I easily found with a 2 minute inspection:
-rip in seat
- deep scratches on rear view mirror
- rust and large chipping on door sill (picture)
- oil leak (they worked on front suspension) (picture)
- bad ripples in panel on body
- headlight bulb burnt out (perhaps it was working in the 5 hours they had it before delivery) ?
- many more chips and dings that were note worthy not mentioned.
- hood riddled with chips

like I said people seem nice, upon reflection after the purchase, felt like they were just trying make a sale at any cost.
I guess it was my fault for trusting them to reveal problems on the vehicle which I thought could be easily identified (see pictures).

Dave was great to deal with, very helpful from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable, was able to answer all our questions, and if he didn't know the answer he went and found it for us. Took the time to go through all the features, and there were a lot! Also gave us his contact information if we had any questions. We love our new to us truck!

Mason was really friendly and helpful during the whole process and it is greatly appreciated. Even called a few days later to check in on how it was going with our 2010 caravan purchase.
