Poorest salesmanship I've ever experienced. Made no attempt at all to get me into the truck I was looking for. No card, no what's your name and number and if something comes up we will call you. Nothing. Fortunately there are many other dealerships!

Buyer Beware

We took our truck to City Ford for a recall notice. After City Ford completed the recall work, they called and notified us of additional repairs that were needed. (replace our drag link and have a wheel alignment).

Estimated cost for repair was $950.00. Note, Our truck is practically brand new (2018 with >55,000kms) Due to the age being over 5 years, additional work isn’t covered under warranty. We decided to call OK Tire and for a second quote. (They quoted $650) so I decided to bring it there instead. Upon review, OK Tire called me and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the drag link and no repairs were needed. Buyer beware when dealing with City Ford. They flat out lied to us about work needing to be done. I will never deal with this dealership again.

Thankfully there are honest/reputable businesses still left in this world. Ok tire has been amazing to deal with and we will be bringing our truck there from now on.

I have been to and bought many different vehicles from dealerships around the Edmonton area and found that Bruno & Ryan at City Ford have been the best to deal with by far. Thanks for vehicle number 7 in the last 11 months!

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I will never go here. Took van in for simple oil change… 2 grand later, they padded so many other things on and held van hostage until work paid. I was embarrassed and thought I’d lose my job.

Response to owner.no, you wouldn't find my name because it was a work van. I'm not disclosing that info because I was already embarrassed once by my decision to go to City Ford. I certainly am not going to make that mistake again. It's too late to resolve it. 'damage' was already done by Ford and my employer had to pay the ransom to get the van back.

I purchased a used vehicle at City Ford. My Sales Representative, Jay Salame was a true professional. He was very knowledgeable and very patient and even came back on his day off to complete my purchase after I had gone to look at vehicles elsewhere. His expertise guided me in my decision. He totally knew his vehicles and won my trust. I highly recommend him. He treats his customers with respect.

Went into City Ford interested in the 2023 bronco sport. Was pair with Jay Salame, who listened to everything I wanted and helped my put a hold on the exact car I was looking for. He was on top of calling me when my new car came in, and made the whole process unbelievably easy. He worked with me to find a plan that worked best. The whole City Ford experience was incredible and I will definitely be going back.

Worst possible customer service from maintenance department.
Dropped of our fleet van for door lock issue and oil change. After ONE week got a call back that it is ready to be picked up.
Still same issue (LOCK STILL DOES NOT WORK)
When talked to the representative (Hailey) about the issue was not fixed i was told that i did not say “LOCK wasn’t working” and the apparently the door was fixed without even the need to be fixed.
WORST ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR MAINTENANCE!

Roger Hamieh Assisted me in replacing my old truck with a new F150. Absolutely no pressure from Roger. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with my Daughter and I. Roger answered all my questions promptly and even went further by supplying more info on the truck that I was interested in. I wasn’t pressured in purchasing a truck from him at all.

I had brought my sister in to look at a new vehicle with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. I saw the car I had always wanted for sale. Ended up we both bought a new car. Tim and the manager Jim were amazing and worked really hard to give us the best deal for both of us.

What a great place with great staff! My husband and I went to City Ford and walked over to the new lot to look around. We were shortly greated by Don. We couldn't have been luckier. He was so great and extreamly patient with us as we test drove 4 different trucks before we found the one. 2023 Ford Lightning Lariat EV. I honestly can’t say enough good things about city Ford. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere, but it is a Ford vehicle and I’ve been getting regular service and repair if needed, and the service department is honest and they won’t sell you up the river on things that don’t need to be fixed.

I was quoted close to a grand at the southside Ford dealership for repairs that are “ urgent and a brake job “, took my car to city ford, and they verified my car is in great mechanical condition and the other dealership was trying to upsell.
