I had the pleasure of dealing with Pooja on a decently large order. She was incredibly responsive to my questions and had every item ready and shipped to my home on the planned date! One of the better shopping experiences I've had, and I will continue to shop with her and CFA as needed.

I bought this about a year ago from this place. Waste of money. Very poor quality for lot’s of money. I bought April 2022 it got damaged June 2023

I ordered a desk over the phone at City and picked it up. The sales lady was courteous and very competent - a perfect shopper experience. The lost star comes from the pickup service in the loading bay, which left me waiting in the cold for an extended period of time but was otherwise courteous.

We were in your store today looking to make our second purchase from your location. The lady we dealt with the first time was so helpful and went out of her way to help us she also answered all our questions. Today we had a horrible experience, the young man only seemed interested if we wanted to make the order before seeing it since they didn't have it on display. When I mentioned that we had questions before we ordered it said that what I was looking for would take over a month to come in and walked away. He did mention a model that $300 more expensive.

The order

We were looking for a mattress. Shawna was very knowledgeable and friendly. Offered us water and coffee. Let us take our time. We bought a mattress box spring frame and mattress protector. Highly recommend store.

After a run around at the Brick that took a couple hours of our time, we walked into city furniture and were greeted by Brady.
He was friendly, genuine and trustworthy. He was able to answer our questions without the help of an iPad (like the Brick) and all the pricing was clearly posted. I will even mention how when my husband was speaking of the issues at the brick, Brady tried to be the voice of reason on their behalf, no brand bashing and I LOVED THAT! No word of a lie. No more than 10 mins and Brady had us out the door with our new washing machine.

It's a big store with lots of options to choose from, and you can find many special offers. I liked their service, they leave you to look around but they will keep checking on you in case you need help.

We needed an appliance and a bed and box spring quickly. City Furniture has a warehouse on site so they can make those things happen. But what really sets them apart is their staff that go above and beyond to match you with the items you need and also respect that people have budgets. Pooja was amazing to work with and we will use them again and again. We recommend them highly!

Andrea is extremely helpful, and takes her time and effort with answering questions and going through products to make sure she gives the best costumer service possible.

City Appliances (& Furniture) has what you're looking for. They have a great selection, unbeatable pricing and the best stock around.

Andrea also runs the best stable of appliances west of Debolt. If you fancy a fridge, she's got it. If you swing the washer and dryer way, no problem. Andrea doesn't judge. If you always wanted to try a convection oven and a dishwasher at the same time, she can make that happen too. She will make all your appliances dreams come true.
