I had a great experience. I walked in with a simple order of 2 pieces of black glass 120cm x 40cm. The gal at the front desk walked me through the process. It isn't often that I need glass but if I do they will be my first call.

I contacted city glass about one month ago as I wanted a shower door added to my existing shower. They came out and measured and gave me 3 scenarios. I waited 5 days before contacting them to get an estimate. I was sent over one estimate. Once again I emailed them asking about quotes for the other possibilities mentioned to me and the exact response was "I dont know because I was not there at the time" I presume there was no way of them asking the fellow who came out for the other two options. I never heard from them again. Needless to say, I did not go with them and with customer service like this, I would not recommend them

Had the part I needed and staff was very helpful even though I'm sure it was a very small sale compared to what they are accustomed to selling.

I don’t recommend this place at all! Dishonest staff! Prices are rip off.
Basically they steal money from you.
They show false example to make you believe people are buying their prices! Run from this place

I decided to stop in to City Glass this afternoon to see if they could provide a sweep for my shower door. After receiving a polite yes they proceeded to cut a piece to my exact length specifications. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. This company has been around forever. They must be doing something right. I highly recommend City Glass.
