Everyone is so nice. Hanna did an amazing job! She took her time and didn’t rush which I loved. Perfected the colour, shape, and length. I definitely recommend coming here ️️️️️ they also offer beverages which I thought was super sweet definitely will be back!

Such an amazing place! The atmosphere, the staff, and amazing quality of work. I love getting my nails done, but so many places charge crazy prices and their work is very sloppy. I pay anywhere upwards of $150+ to get a new set of acrylics because I am very particular. However, this place charged me only $90 for new full set with designs! I didn't have an appointment, but I really needed to get them done for my friends wedding and they were able to accommodate me. At the end, the owner came to finish my cuticles and we sat there chatting for over 45 minutes! He told me about seniors that love to come in. What he does for his staff and what he looks into for staff. What an amazing place. The cleanliness and the people alone is why I will go back. I am not in Calgary often, but when I am you can bet I will go here! The owner runs such an amazing place!

The atmosphere and people greeting me on the way in are friendly but the technician who did my nails clipped my finger and made me bleed. Then she acted like nothing happened (aka didn't apologize or anything) and used something with alcohol to clean the blood away which made my finger hurt even more.

The actual nails came out looking nice enough but the French tips I asked for are a bit misshapen. This place is a little pricy for the results I got.

First experience at City Nails & Spa went really well. Despite them being so busy at the time that I arrived and having had no appointment, they did a good enough job with customer service.
I went in to the spa to get my nails filled, coloured, and one repair with extensions. The price was very reasonable considering the cost of everything these days.
The technique was great from start to finish. Important during the filing with the drill: no pain/discomfort at all.
I would recommend this place just as it was recommended to me.
I went to Stephanie for my first experience and she was very sweet. I appreciate being left in quiet peace with minimal questions (only asked me questions to clarify what style/shape/colours I wanted) to enjoy my “spa” experience as I enjoy my alone time listening to a podcast.

Recommended to come here by a friend. I booked a specific lady to do my nails and someone else did them. I had to ask for her to do my cuticles (something included in the service), to which I had an unwelcoming response.

It was my first time and I had the signature for mani and pedi - Anna and Natalie did a great job! Will definitely come back Everyone was nice and friendly excellent service?

Service has gone to hell this past year. I used to come here often but the last 3 visits have been terrible. They cut corners with everything and don’t finish the job properly. Especially considering how expensive it. I asked for simple shellac nails, even though my nails were long they’re all mishaped, not clean, and the polish is clumpy… how can you mess up something so simple.

Stop charging people so much for service not even worth half. Advice for the manager; not ALL your staff is qualified to do nails. Look at your pile of negative reviews

I came here a week ago and I was greeted by a girl named Maya. When she was doing my nails she chose the wrong color. When I said that wasn't the color I wanted for my pedicure. She ignored and continued. It ended looking not how I wanted it.
Dont reccomend coming here.

My favourite place in the city to get pedicures! I come every single month. They have a great range of shellac colors and service is good.

I went in as a walk in for a gel overlay and the shelac on my toes. The man at the front who I believe was the owner said yes they have time. I asked him to put me with someone who was experienced as I am fairly picky when it comes to my nails. The woman working on my nails was absolutely horrible. She did a horrendous job and I kept having to tell her to fix things. Cindy, who was sitting beside us came over and fixed some of the mess. I really like her as she is VERY good at what she does and her work is beautiful. The man came over and I was I informed they were now not going to do my toes. And that "he didn't have to say yes to me. " I left with botched nails (that i paid full price for and that ill have to live with for an entire month) and I feel like I was treated very poorly. I was also told the lady working on me was new and practicing. So why am I wasting my money and time? I've been going to this salon for years and am very disappointed. I would give 0 stars but Cindy is again very good at what she does.

Today I went to there shops and it was packed with lots of people. AndI got seated with a girl named Maya. She had an attitude and it was hard to understand what she was saying. I chose a light pink which was amazing, but when I saw it on my nails it was SO bright. Not what I asked for. While I saw other girls who have been sitting there for over an hour were still getting there nails down, while mine were being rushed. When I saw my nails most of the nail polish was on my skin and there was a huge un done spot on my toe. Once she was done, she walked away and I didnt know what to do. While other people were really polite she was really mean. Not mean but sure had an attitude. I dont care about her attitude but if she doesn't do my nails right, it's not worth $80.

I had an amazing pedi.massage chair was comfortable. I was so relaxed. I would definitely go again. Esther knew her job well. I hadn't had a pedi since before COVID. I was definitely due.

They do a good job. But they can charge you anything for what they do. I got the below design made and they charged me more than what I pay for powder nails with extensions. This was shellac on extensions.

Worse customer service ever, the male working there has no manners and zero customer service.
Will never ever go there.

It is great and very sanitary place to go to. I am just sorry, some of the experienced employees are gone. But it is only place my husband and I will go to. And I can speak for my daughter and granddaughter as well. Well done Cindy and Kevin, beautiful renovation, so comfortable.

Quick to get in and nice atmosphere but be careful with pricing. I asked for a classic pedicure $35 for regular polish and paid over 50 at the end because they gave me a shellac colour wheel without telling me. Still made me pay full price even though it was not my mistake…unfortunately won’t return due to this.

Always get the greatest service here. Have been coming for a few months now and their team never disappoints! Great atmosphere, fair pricing and fantastic quality for everything I've had done.

Got classic pedi mani one evening. Felt like the technician was in a rush to get to the next person; got cold water for feet and hands (noone bothered to check although I asked). Nails painted in a rush too, had to sit there and file my own nails because the nailtech didnt care about the shape at all. Missed spots when nails were pained, no hand or cuticle creme and nailpolish started flaking next morning. Never again!

The best nail spot in Calgary! Fixed my damaged nails from a previous salon and I could not be happier. Always the best results!

Top quality service every time. I highly recommend Owner if you are getting a pedicure or artificial nails. She's absolutley the best. I will be requesting her services every time. She does not disappoint. A+

BEST PLACE EVER! I’ve been to many nail salons. The Salon has a beautiful open concept, modern look but a warm welcoming feeling at the same time. Immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. Not even a water mark on the faucets! The minute I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile, offered a drink of water while I was having my nails done, which was a first for me. My nail tech was Betty and she did the most amazing job ever! I didn’t even have a pic but she ‘nailed’ it! The quality of her work is amazing! I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20yrs and I can honestly say this place is the best I’ve been to.
Overall experience 5/5 and I definitely recommend City Nails.

I have been city nail last few months I am kot review writer but this one I feel like I have too.
Everytime I been there everyone there seems such a good team, good atmosphere and the service everyone is good there one specific person "Betty" always wins. I am always very confused with color and I am very detailed, with Betty's expertise and my ideas what I want makes it such a beautiful and clean nails.

If you like long nails go here! I’ve had so many nail salons not know how to do nails properly when I call them and tell them what I want ahead of time but these ladies know what they’re doing 100% and for the nails I got the price was one of the best prices in Calgary. Shaping is perfect designs are perfect I got exactly what I asked for maybe even better and everyone there was actually really nice definitely coming back:)

Waaay to over priced, walked in typed my name in, the dude asked me what I wanted i told him, the bill was 95$ For pedicure & nails, Then when i went to pay it was $125? Where did that extra 30$ come from!? !

What amazing service I’ve never seen service like this before. So Me, my mother and grandma all went to go get a pedicure. One of the employees Kim went over and beyond expectations not only did she take the time to do my mothers feet to perfection. But she also assisted my 87-year-old grandma in and out of the chair and also put on her socks and shoes for her when she was done. Mind you no one had asked Kim to do any of it. She had just done it out of the kindness and purity of her heart. Although, she wasn’t even the one working on my grandma. City nails and spa is ever so lucky to have an employee such as Kim. She goes over and beyond for her customers to make sure their comfortable and happy.

They have renovated their store and it looks fabulous and the service was awesome and my nails look great. Staff are very friendly

I brought my friend here with me to get manicures and we had reference photos of what we wanted on our phones and the results look exactly like the photos! We were so pleased with the results! Great customer service as well, we were offered drinks and they hung our jackets for us! Definitely coming back! Thank you!

My sister, sister in law and and our kids and I we made a last minute appointment. They were able to get us in right away. They were very friendly and offered us coffee. The salon is one of the nicest I’ve ever seen in Calgary. They are very professional and really good at what they do. I highly recommend

Recent renovation makes the space so big and bright. Lots of different service options available.

My go to place for mani, pedis and a fresh set. The prices are good, the girls are talented and can typically do anything you show them. The new renovations are amazing, the place looks top notch now. I only gave 4 stars because my polish always seems to chip after a week and I just can’t be bothered to go in to get it fixed before my next appointment. More of me problem I suppose. Overall, I would definitely recommend City Nails!

I have been coming here for 3 yrs and have always loved my nails. Salon is very clean, and the staff as well as the owners are fantastic.
